Everything was perfect with the order, the sofa is very good quality. I know ppl are complaining about the shipping time, but for us was not a problem..
They responded pretty quick to our emails and they were very helpful with the questions we had.

Missed instructions inside box, and I have cursed more this afternoon than the whole last year…look to Ikea for inspiration in assembling produkts - I’m afraid this won’t last long

I have bought a closet, and i was a little scared it was bad quality.
But it is deffinetly not bad quality, i love it so much. It is Big and the color also matches the website!
I strongly recomend!

I am very pleased with my experience! The package was supposed to take 6 weeks to arrive and the company was immediately apologising for the possible long wait HOWEVER! I have received my furniture just next week! The weather was awful- it was cold and very very windy that day, nevertheless my package was delivered! The drivers called me few hours before to tell me their time of arrival and they were right on time. I was informed about my package every step of the way - when was it send, where was it in transit. Moreover! The drivers were insanely nice and delivered the package right to my flat. I have not seen such great customer service in a while.

The shop itself has beautiful furniture and they have unique furniture that cannot be found in any of the furniture stores here in Denmark and in a very fair price!

I highly recommend!

Decent delivery time for the couch, quality is questionable. The foam in the sofa it's of poor quality, after sitting for one hour on it, the foam does not get back into shape, and basically, we have "a hole" in the sofa now and we can feel the wood under it. We got that just on the 2nd day of having the couch, so we are disappointed about it.

Also, sending only one person for delivery it's not ok, the delivery guy was alone with his girlfriend in the van, and I would have felt terrible for him to carry a sofa up to the 4th floor alone. Luckily I was home to help him, it would have been awful if only my girlfriend were home.

Good service, helpful on the phone

This has actually been a sad experience, I was waiting for my daughters' beds for several days, they told me one day and that day never came. In the end, this arrived when they wanted… I had paid to have this assembled and when they assembled it, it was not the model I bought and the men who assembled this broke the wood. Even so, I wrote in email and sent photos of what happened and they told me that they would help me with this, I never heard from them again. It is really very sad because the bed sounds terrible, the wood is broken and the model that I did not choose and without any response. One of the worst investments in my life.

All the experience was good overall, but they should consider expanding their communication platform. Sometimes I have dialled them 3 days in a row, with no answer. I wrote them an email, and it went 2-3 days before they answered.

The experience with Moderno was really good and as per expected. Highly recommend it.

Overall good experince. Ordered sofa - all specifications were met and materials were of great quality. Not giving 5 stars due to limited communication during production cycle (was informed right after order that some delays are expected but it was hard to get preliminary completion day) and second point - ordered sample materials before making main order but they have never arrived. So had to make an educated guess which materials to chose from. Delivery and assembly were good and timely.
