Other negative reviews made me nervous about buying from Moderno, but I decided it was worth the risk and it paid off. I saved over 5,000kr buying 2 couches from them vs buying the exact same model from Zonexlnt.

Arrived within a few weeks, assembled by a team of Polish and Ukranian guys who spoke great English, all good.

Good price, great service, delivered inside living room, on time status updates, is a good thing.

Ordered in march 2 sofas, did not receive any of them. 9 weeks and still waiting here ... does that seems reasonable and acceptable to you?
Horrible delivery time and no concrete answer when they are going to deliver them to us, just postponing week by week.
I just want to receive the products that we paid for, and never have to deal with you guys ever away.

broken bits. Delivered with large footprints on the package and the drawer is already broken due to bad quality. Still haven't received the rest of the order and its been 6 weeks. really disappointed

The most shitty company ever,quality trash,people please don,t buy,poor quality things,i damage all my elbows and all my body,all corners are from pluwood,no softening.

Absolutely recommend this shop.
Free delivery to our apartment. Sofa came in 2parts so we didn’t have to assemble anything.
They informed us about every process/step possible.

Good quality. Modern design. TV Rack is good but hard to join parts. Recommend to give more instructions list.

Low quality materials,had to buy extra parts to secure the bed I bought.
I told them I had the frame cracked the 2nd day my children used it and after 4 mails they told me it was my fault and asked me to pay for replacement parts.

Surprised by the quality of the sleeping couch that we ordered which is very well made, and also the good information we got for the delivery. Yes delivery time was a bit long but we knew that when we ordered the couch...all taken in consideration we would buy again from this company due to service and quality of the furniture...thanks for that...

The sofa that we brought was really nice and adds beauty to our living room. It is really nice to get this sofa for this affordable price. Though the cusion is not that high but acceptable for this price. On the service side, its very nice and smooth experience - right from placing the online order until it gets delivered home with nice packaging. It was already assembled and ready to use. Because there is no numbers in stuff and I have problem to fixed but catalog says numbers

I ordered the bed and is good quality and true to the description.

The only thing can improve is long delivery time.
I ordered in week 48, 2024 and delivery date in week 7, 2025.

The delivery time information was presented before purchase. So no complaints for that.

On time delivery inside of the apartment free of charge. Good expected quality of the sofa.
