Never received my order
I’ve placed my order on the 24th of December and yes, of course there are some vacation days for Christmas but today is the 8th of January and nothing has arrived yet…it’s unacceptable that the item is still not sent.
I contacted the customer service and I was told that the warehouse was closed for Christmas vacations…that means that it was closed from at least the 24/12/2024 to the 03/01/2025 the day when I wrote them.

Your order was shipped from a remote warehouse, and as stated on our website, there was an extended delivery time on the product you purchased. The warehouse was closed from December 24th to January 3rd, which we informed you about in an email.
We can confirm that your order has now been delivered, but we completely understand your frustration with the delay. We take your feedback seriously and will work to improve communication about delivery times in the future to avoid similar situations.
