Just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service from this company. I ordered a bed for my daughter and had been told roughly when it would be delivered in previous correspondence but decided I didn’t want to wait so long for delivery (due to my impatience). I emailed requesting to cancel the order and less than 2 mins later received a reply and the refund in my account. Will definitely be ordering from this company again when I’m not in such a rush for furniture !

Would have gave 5 stars but had to wait a few months for delivery, but once sent first email to find out about the delay was regularly kept updated and informed I could have a refund anytime before shipping .

Excellent service spoke to Usman in the phone and he answered sll my queries ordered online and the table snd chairs were delivered within a week . Really happy with the product and the delivery service was excellent as they also assemble the table . I also saved as it was cheaper by 500 pounds . Excellent service overall .

Very helpful and quick delivery
The product I purchased had limited stock. They were very helpful in explaining when new stock became available and adding the additional stock to my order when it became available (even through a personal link to pay for the additional stock before it hit the general stock available on the website). Delivery was very quick too.

Most in-stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days. However certain items may be slightly longer, and if so are stated on the product pages accordingly. We have various warehouses in the UK holding stock and the delivery time will vary depending on where the goods are sent from.
