STAY AWAY - DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Ordered a grill brush on 6/2. Still have not received it and it's 6/22. These guys are pathetic - they do "drop shipment" meaning they do not have inventory and order products from China. Product arrived in US on 6/10 - somewhere and no one can provide status. NEVER buy anything here - you may never receive it. Look at the similar experiences in reviews.

I didn’t receive my order and after writing 8 mails (one every 2 days) I still haven’t got any reply.

I purchased a sprayer from them. It was suppose to be better than a power washer.It is not even close! My hose has more power & it shoots farther.Plus it took forever to and when I questioned customer service I never received a response. I';; never buy from them again.

I ordered a wifi boost and i am still waiting. You also charged my account on 4 26 20

I ordered face masks in Feb. 2020 and it is now June, never received. I have sent countless emails and after four months, they finally responded and promised to send them out. Of course, it was never received. And worse, they will not refund the monies. It is is upsetting at a time where honest companies really care about their customers and trying to stay afloat.

Good customer support. I ordered face masks which I have not receive for a couple of days and thought I will never receive it. I emailed support and I finally received it the next day. I just want to say thanks for all your help.

Everything came in good condition and product was as shown. The only negative was that I could not find a tracking number for the order, and had to email customer service for an update and they provided me with a tracking number.

Company is a scam. Received an order number and tracking number. Tracking number was a duplicate, wrote their customer service 3 times and have gotten no response.
It’s been a month since I ordered, can’t even cancel as now my order doesn’t exist on their website....

To be honest I was really skeptical about ordering because I never heard of you guys and my order was coming from overseas. Being optimistic I ordered anyway and I am so glad I did! Not only did my package arrive fairly FAST but the products I ordered where just as pictured! Thanks for the great service! The only thing I don’t like is that you don’t have no shipping information from the shipper. You just have to play a waiting game. Other then that order was fine.

They don't stand on their commitment. I had ordered mask march 19th form US stock but it was shipped from korea but lost. Again told will be shipped from US stock last week assuring that will be received with in 3 days but got email yesterday saying new shipping label created. Still not received. Cannot be trusted

This website is essentially a drop ship service. I ordered an item that showed up 6 weeks later. Was shipped directly from China in the worse possible packaging. The item was thrown into a black plastic cover with no other protection or wrapping. Received the item damaged. Further worse. the item was of terrible quality. Stay away from this website.

Got package a couple days later then estimate but still satisfied

Their delivery process is so fast.I am appreciate for your products.I save nearly $70 for this product.Mostly I buy from Amazon.Next time I have to check this website.Thank a lot

The item was good quality, a good price, & fast shipping. I would buy it again.

As far as the ordering experience it was easy I found exactly what I was looking for the order was shipped promptly and it was only a few days most a week I had to wait it came quickly to my mailbox during the shipping process I was given a shipping number which tracked very well my experience was positive thank you!

This company is a scam

I ordered the Corona virus mask N 95 then priced at €14.95 and a tattoo eyebrow pen priced at €9.95 on 14th Feb
plus Post and shipping €4.98. On 29th Feb an envelope arrived containing a cotton mask of poor quality. I immedediately contacted their customer service who stated they would refund full amount within 5 days. I still await refund 28th March
I have sent further E Mails without reply. I note other reviews with similar story. I warn everyone not to deal with this South Korean Company

Only gave a star so I could get to page to write, otherwise would not have given any. This company is a scammer. Ordered 10 n-95 masks and received many weeks later 10 very flimsy paper masks that have a completely diff set of numerals and letters on it. I WANT MY $134.55 BACK!!!! NOW. I ordered this thru PayPal and have put report into them as well
And I’m going to report you to the better business bureau and fight Until I get it.

very bad business! their products may have a bad oder and the cost is too high for the products they are selling and they do not care about customers nor will they honor their returns policy! DO NOT BUY FROM MODERN BEYOND! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

requested for refund, no reply at all.
