I had stopped the subscription but the order still shipped and I was charged even though I alerted your company before this happened.
Very unhappy with your customer service.
Now I am being told that the responsibility is again on me to arrange a complicated return to receive a refund, I will be sharing my experience on social media when your product is being recommended to warn others of your customer service

I’ve received the products on time.
But I was also informed that I was going to receive a Trim product free of charge. I was looking forward to receiving it since I wanted to try it out.

Too early to say if products are effective or not but I'm really disappointed with the lack of information provided with the products. For eg. The ignite tablets just say 'take with breakfast and lunch', no mention of before food, after food, with water etc. There's also no information online re how much of what you're buying, i.e. one month's worth, two months etc. It's very misleading. It feels like the company deliberately misleading you re how much you're getting for your money.

In just 5 days I feel amazing, more energy, weight loss, and the start I needed to make changes to my dietary habits. Laura was great support and responded to any questions I had.

Firstly, really impressed with Laura Fearne. UK , very supportive, friendly professional and informative plus an outstanding example in herself and how she looks and how she acts and what she eats, et cetera.
Love the products the three transformation products. I absolutely love. I feel good for the first time in a long time and definitely dealing with menopausal symptoms.
I absolutely love the ethos of the whole brand .

The product packaging was damaged. I have contacted modere but as yet I have not had a response

I was upset by the last contact that said they could not approve the 330. Purchase but that the 148. Purchase had been shipped because my bank paid and put it in 3 part payments for me. I want to remain a customer and social marketer. My payments to the Portugues government and attorney and documentation, certification, and notarization, with Hague Apostilled went over my estimate cost. I will recover hopefully in November or December.

I have not received my order which i placed on 31st Aug. I can’t comment on the products until I have tried them although I have heard they are brilliant

I received my products a few days after and am loving the body transformation system - the mango trim is delicious as is the chocolate.
