Dire customer services
Unfortunately I gave a 5* review in September after I'd ordered a twin buggy. As a childminder circumstances changed so I cancelled the order and had a prompt refund. I told them I would reorder if things changed, which they did. I can now see why they refunded my money quickly - no stock - so 9 days after my second order I received a statement saying my order had been cancelled. No reason and no apology. It took three emails before I received a curt response that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. Impolite customer communication is no way to run a company - some serious customer services training required.
