Terrible customer service

Absolut terrible customer service. I warn everyone to not order there. They intentionally hope customers don't read delivery conditions. Orders get lost and are not refunded as requested.
And the only thing dutch about this company is the .nl.
One star is far too much.

Not good

Not good
I ordered a jacket
The shipping took way to long and
when it got delivered the jacket was way diffrent then the one I ordered! Not good

Dit is voor alle bestellingen gelijk en wordt vooraf duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Wat betreft de levertijd: onze gemiddelde levertijd is 5 tot 10 werkdagen na verwerking, wat voor de meeste klanten prima werkt maar soms als lang kan worden ervaren. Dit staat vooraf vermeld op onze website.

Wat betreft de jas: als het ontvangen artikel afwijkt van wat u heeft besteld, hadden wij dit graag direct voor u opgelost. Wij sturen in dat geval kosteloos het juiste product toe. Wij hebben echter nog geen bericht van u ontvangen over dit probleem.

Horrendous

Shipping took way too long, the quality is absolutely horrendous and the “return process” is even worse. Absolutely not worth it!
