Shocking attitude. Charged me for Royal Mail Special delivery but sent via cheap nasty courier who smashed the box badly. Seller couldn’t care less. Avoid this seller like the plague. Seriously bad news.

My experience with modelcorner.co.uk was excellent, i called before placing my order and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns about deliveries and packaging. 4 days later my model arrived without any drama or problems. On this experience I’ll certainly buy through this site again and would feel confident with calling to clarify any uncertainties I may have.

Not happy at all..

Sold me a faulty model which wasn't checked before sending, a major faux pas in my view, but what was worse was, they made out I had to accept this damage as normal and wouldn't have anything to do with resolving the issue.. They're happy to take my money but only sent two mediocre messages which were trying to weasel out of any responsibility before they stopped replying. Not good customer service or after sales help.

1st time I bought from them and will also be the last! Buy elsewhere or risk disappointment yourself..

Have not received my order as of this date, but expect it any day. Chris was extremely helpful and conscientious in my dealings with him. Provided good follow-up. Would definitely buy from him again.
