Lies Lies and more Lies

This is a sub contracted company employed by DeAgostini to handle sales, complaints etc. They have absolutely no interest in anything but taking your money and then offering well rehearsed excuses, sometimes outright lies as to why your £800.00 "Full Kit" has arrived with several parts missing. This was back in 2020 and i am still missing the parts, yet Model Space are now offering the model again on subscription. There are other honest and reputable companies doing the same thing and that is where my business will be going in the future. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!
