Super slick and easy to use, best bit is, that it’s backed by the U.K. fca and linked direct to your bank. No problems at all when making a withdrawal or adding that way.. unlike the hassle some have had with Binance etc
#mode will grow and grow and soon be a major player in this space

Easy to use app, cheap to buy Bitcoin

I’m absolutely disgusted at how the costumer service and there entire service operates I’ve sent £2100 to mode and the account I sent from got closed however mode is insisting they get screenshots and bank statements when the money was sent from a account under my name I’m very very upset at how they’ve been dealing with me I’m sure there’s 1000 of others going though similar issues

Nice, simple, easy to use and FCA approved. Much happier with my BTC here. 5% APY gone, but they claim new initiatives coming soon.

Suck you in by offering 5% on your BTC and then have now completely changed their business model and dropped the 5% interest.
If you intend to hold BTC long term then don't open an account here. You can get passive income everywhere else.
Now have to transfer out my BTC to another wallet incurring fees that have more than wiped out any interest gained over the last few months.
Total waste of time, should have gone to one of the other proper exchanges in the first place.

Accepting the fact I am somewhat ancient and my computer skills are basic I must commend the support team at Mode who respond to my , hopefully less frequent , requests to unblock my account each time I forget my passcode . Thank you for your eternal patience !

Excellent place to buy Bitcoin and earn interest on it whilst holding. Very easy to set up and use.

All in all a very good experience so far and can’t complain with the 1% fee for btc transactions

Bank transfer of sterling to mode account. Bitcoin purchased and deposited into the bitcoin jar. Took about 40 seconds. Now earning 5% in bitcoin.

The app is continually improving too which is really good to see.

Fantastic app, extremely user friendly and the open banking functionality is seamless. I have been using the app to accumulate Bitcoin, the 5% interest is far better than what you can get from any high street bank. I am looking forward to the payments functionality being rolled out which will remove the need to fiddle around with looking forward bank cards. Well done Mode, keep up the great work!

Great new way to pay and earn at the same time. Awesome app, very good customer service and added bonus of Bitcoin interest

So far so good, no issues to date, I've yet to try to withdraw funds which so many people seem to have had issue's with, will update if any further issues arise, but, for now a very pleasant experience and much easier than Binance to use!

Avoid if you want easy access to funds
They freeze your account and you cannot access your bitcoin!
They stop you from transferring it back!
They claim this is because of security following a failed transaction, the failed transaction is there own poor software!
They then strangely ask you to send selfies of yourself, odd!

Same experience as others here, frozen my funds.
Coms is very hard via chatbox. Requesting bank statements and now want payslips and copies of invoices, all sent over email....
I feel like I'm having my identity stolen!

Now have over £10k stuck/lost with these people.

What you have here is a company pretending to act like a legacy bank but with crypto... the result just feels like a scam.

Tried sending Bitcoin to another wallet Keeps showing error
And they shut my account 😢

This is one of the worst apps to invest into Bitcoin I would recommend others e.g. swissborg
