Fast delivery, nice material and length. I wear medium. I wish if it’s a bit wider but it’s ok, next time I will order large because I like my clothes a bit wider.

Awful customer service and refund settlement
I have shopped with this store several times its really hit or miss far as quality. SOME of the items are great but MOST are poorly made ex. flimsy material, strings everywhere ,sizing is off. I will not be ordering anything else because i do not play when it comes to my money and customer service. I returned 3 items and was only refunded well partially refunded for 2 . I sent several emails and they gave me the run around. I was supposed to get $38 for the 2 that i returned but only received $18. There was no effort to explain the fees ,charges and why i was not refunded for my 3rd item. Very shady . I do NOT recommend buying from them . I have used Alvina with better results. Its been over a month with no resolution. I bet that they will reply on here for everyone to see while they try to be apologetic and address my issue with answers or reasons for their actions. Guess what? its TOO late. You have def lost a customer.

Worst costumservice ever
Worst costumservice ever, I ordered( 99434731) a lot of clothes to Sweden with feedex which was the worst shipper, I never got the items and they was shipped back with the tracking number: 772055320748. I have probably sent 5-6 mails to modenisa and they don’t replay, I want my money back! The items is in Turkish airport, it seems like modenisa don’t take the clothes back so they don’t have to pay the money back to the customer.
I am so sad and angry, because there are so many instagram influensers that promote this site, it is not okay.

Terrible Customer service
Ordered some stuff some Modanisa which looks great on the pictures. The clothes arrived and two of the items were defective and others had very poor quality. I contacted customer service which were not helpful at all. Requested some favour returning the products as it was my first order but they were resistant to being unhelpful. Should have listened to people who advised not to buy from here.

First of all I wasn’t happy with the product so I wanted to get a full refund but they will be charging me half of what i paid for to return it. Also they didn’t give me no invoice to return the items back. Their service is really bad!

If I could give zero stars I would!
Do not use this company. Ordered some items from Modanisa for the first time. Firstly, the descriptions of items are very poor so when you are buying you basically have to go by the pictures a lot of the time. Secondly, the quality of the items is poor and deceptive. Thirdly, for one of the items, I received the completely wrong item to the one I ordered - the only similarity was the colour, the pattern and design were completely different!! Could not contact customer services at all - chat function only has limited answers, no answer from WhatsApp, no response to my emails.
I tried to generate a return based on the fact that I was sent the wrong item but I will have to to pay £10.99 for return postage!!!! This is a legalised scam, how is this possible???
So now I am stuck with an item I paid for but have been sent a wrong item.
I shop online a lot but this is so far the worst company I have ever used. I don’t normally write reviews but am doing so to help prevent others from facing the same issues. I would never recommend using this company, I certainly won’t be using it again.

No issues with delivery
So far I never had a problem with delivering of my orders. I did have a few issues regarding the quality of a product but I was either reimbursed for the item or was given a good discount coupon.

I have ordered twice and all the products are very good.
The last order was not delivered properly. It was not the fault of Modanisa but the delivering company. They had delivered to a different address and claimed that the parcel was delivered. Fortunately the lady who got the parcel delivered it to me.
