Unresponsive, unpredictable
Mocuhealth is unreliable and unresponsive. I ordered three items online at mocuhealth.com on January 7, 2024. I received a shipping confirmation email ("shipping label created" notification) the next day. On January 16 I tracked the shipment because the package still had not actually shipped, so I emailed the company. No response. On February 5 a partial fulfillment of the order arrived, but no paperwork was in the box indicating that the missing item was backordered—nothing. No phone number. I searched Google maps based on the return address on the box and found a phone number: 800-596-2032. Called. It asked me to press 1 for a special offer if someone in the household is over 50 years of age. I hung up. I emailed mocuhealth a second time on February 5. Still no response. Later, they actually replied once and sent a product with foreign material in it. Then they apologized profusely and told me they'd fix the problem. Then they became unresponsive again. Over a course of months my bank tried to contact them and ultimately refunded my money.
