I bought an iphone max 11 and it was so…

I bought an iphone max 11 and it was so new. Not even 1 week in my hand. Very NEW. I found scratch on it, lets say in one of the phone's camera and the company where I purchased the phonee, sent it right away to this mobilelife. I am so hysterical about this fixing because I am not sure if I get back the same phone that all the part of the apple phone are originals. I thought it takes 1-2 days to get it back but i think it is over the estimated time. How can I be so sure or trust that this I will get my phone is exactly the phone I bought. :(

I fully understand your worry and concern, as it's an amazing phone you have bought. However, I can assure you that there is no need to worry. We are an Apple authorized repair shop and we register all our repairs in Apple's systems and only use parts that are approved and provided by Apple. In some cases however it's more cost efficient to offer you a new phone instead of repairing. This decision is up to Apple and we follow their recommendations. Sometimes their evaluation takes a few days which may be why you feel it’s taking a bit longer than expected.
If you send an email to trustpilot@mobylife.com with your order number or the IMEI number of your phone I’ll be more than happy to look into the status of the repair and give you an estimate on when you can expect to have it back.

Hello,

Guys I got terable service. So..
First time there was problems wit signal, bluetooth, sound and etc... "You fixed phone"
We got back phone.. and quess what.. again almost the same problems. (First time You changed main phone board and etc)
This time You updatet software :)
And few days after.. the same problems.. then You changed almost everything in phone..
But when we get back our phone.. we couldnt even turn on the phone...
Bad service guys.. bad service.

Irresponsible customer service and poor repairs

I sent 2 phone to mobylife for repair. They write me back that one of the phone cannot be repaired due to moist in the device, with two pictures sent for confirmation. In the picture you could tell there was something there but to be ruled as moist defect it sounded very strange. I then asked them for further explanation, cos the phone was barely in use. I used it ones a while and that was it. They then explained the moist could be due to temperature change, or change of weather. I then realized that could be it cos since I wasn’t using it that often I left it on my bedside and so it could be that that’s where the problem came from. I then asked for them to return my phone back. Mind you before I sent the phone it was working, o could on/off it, I could call, use the internet and play some games on it. Mobylife sent the phones back without my chargers. They later sent it as I called to ask for them. That same day on receiving my charger I charged the phone and now the phone wasn’t working at all. I called last week Thursday and they promised to call me back after speaking to the repairer. They didn’t. I called today and this woman(not going to mention her name) tells me all of a sudden the phone isn’t working at all Cos of the moist. I’m like it did work before sending it in so what are you telling me. It went ugly so yh I had to share my experience. I’ve had several phones sent to them where they will repair it but I’ll end up sending them back to them. My iPhone6S ruined because of them. They send me a new phone(that’s what they say or make it look like) but the new phone will come with a different problem on it on. Horrible customer service and poor repairs

The only thing good about them is how quick they are to send items back, but I guess the quicker the poorer the repairs

I cannot find your order based on your user name, so I can only answer in general for now. Moisture is tricky, because once it enters the device it graually gets worse when the moisture spreads, so sometimes it can take a while before the extent of the damage is noticeable. It is hard for us to know exactly why and when the moisture entered, we can only see what the device shows us, for example traces of fluids, corrosion or by the moist indicators located inside the device.

I apologize if we forgot to send your charger back, and also if we failed to call you back. That is not how we want to be perceived, and I will use your feedback to look at the processes in place to avoid this issue going forward.

I am sorry to hear that you new phone isn't working correctly. We order these swap units directly from the manufacturer and they aren't tested by us. We would really like to take a look at it, because of course you should have a working phone.

Thank you for also mentioning the speed, it is something that we are very proud of, but as you say, we should never lack in quality. This is what we aim for in every single repair, and every single day when we come to work.

Wow, just WOW!

Great job!

I sent my phone in for a warranty repair on Tuesday, Mobylife received it Wednesday morning ~8:30, fixed it and sent it out the same day. I had it two days after mailing it in. Perfect repair job.
