I waited a lot for my order. It's been ten days and it has not even been shipped. Also, free shipping was not offered although I paid more than 100 Euros.

Order is still not received after 10days
Order is not received yet, it is not shipped yet to my knowledge and it has already been 10days.I asked for status on my order by email, but did not receive any feedback at all. Please, either provide a refund or send the order.

Double charge on card
Got double charge on the credit card, I paid the protein and there was no error at all, a few days later I receive an email saying that there was a problem and I should buy the product again.
I checked then my card, and found 2 charges for that transaction and only 1 refund, so ended up with the original charge 42 EUR.
I sent an email explaining this situation no response.
