When I asked a parcel I ordered ,Mobius replyed immediately and gave me the answer what I wanted. Eventually, I could trust them. Also, they sent my parcel very soon even though that was pre-order.

The store sells quality goods at good prices. I appreciate good communication about the status of the order, very fast delivery and good packaging of the goods.

I was concerned about buying such items from overseas. BUT, all I can say is WOW, great items at great price. The online system worked a treat and as for delivery.....arrived quicker and more securely than if I'd ordered within UK! Will be using again...just don't tell the wife.

Happy customer... quick replies to my questions in perfect English and a really nice product, quickly shipped after ordering. Because of sale no opportunity to return, but the product (Montblanc Pen) is really nice and what I expected, so I am very happy with it. Will remember Mobius for the future.

Before the sale, Mobius-Luxury answered my questions promptly and to my satisfaction, and the process of buying my product went smoothly. I had to wait 10 days for delivery but that was outside the seller’s control and I was kept informed by the delivery company. The product fully lived up to my expectations and I recommend Mobius-Luxury as a service-minded and reliable company.

I was looking for a piece that I was not able to find in my home country (France). It was out of stock everywhere, and I was told it would not come back anytime soon. I’ve looked through Mobius website and ordered, it came quickly, the item was very well protected.

New ordered necktie chopard brand was in bad condition, visible snag in one place. Have called to shop and they advise me that this item was the last one in stock and it's not new.

Everyone polite and parcel arrived in good condition.
My only complaint is the long waiting time.
