Technical support is non-existent, 2 separate emails over a couple days and no response after a week. No one answers their phone during their listed hours.

Dashboard feels like it hasn't been updated in years. The dashboard is loosely mobile friendly, as it works for viewing SMS messages only for so far and then refreshes the page and doesn't show the remaining messages.

Do not buy. No trial version ,Software installed but does not work, No guarantee of refund. Scam.
Payed for one month but never used. No reply of support

After leaving several 5 star reviews previously, I’m changing it to 1 star. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. For the last few days the app hasn’t updated. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times, and now the call recordings and surround recordings don’t work. The customer service number’s not in service, and no one has responded on email, chat, or facebook messenger. The 2 most important features on the app don’t work! Save your money. Find a different app with at least basic customer service.

I emailed support on the 6th of May and again on the 9th. Still no response. Windows keeps crashing. I want a refund. Terrible service

They are a good company. Their product does what it says it does.

Generally, I think Mobistealth is a great product! Although I don’t utilize all of its capabilities, the features I have used are very helpful. Customer Support is very prompt in responding to inquiries. I have a couple of questions regarding the recording function. I have contacted customer support, and I’m optimistic for a resolution. Thank you!!

I'm using this cell phone spy to monitor iphone of my teenage boy as his activities are quite strange for last few weeks. Mobistealth is giving me most of the information to keep an him. I've configured his iphone with my windows pc and now i can wirelessly pull data from his phone whenever he is at home. Quite useful tool

I paid yesterday and was to receive an email with login instructions but till now there is no communication. I wonder whether this is con. I had paid for the one month plan

I purchased the 1 month Pro subscription via ACH transfer last Sunday. I have called everyday since then to see what's going on but no one ever answers the customer service number. I have also sent several emails to figure out what is taking so long to get the info to actually start the service since the money has already been taken from my account. I have gotten 2 emails saying they have to pass my emails to all these different departments and someone called me back and ended up hanging up in my face after he asked me several times to resend the same emails I had already sent. I called 8 times again today and I'm still waiting to hear something. I would like to try the service but if it is a problem I just need someone to tell me what's going on and give me a refund. Money had been taken but I haven't been told anything about the service or when I'll be able to use it.

In the past I was able to hear calls and surround but that is no longer the case. I'm told by support it's loading but I hear nothing on my end when I once could.

Had this for 2 days and it doesn't work at all!!! Nobody is answering the customer service phone number. I am so frustrated.

I reported an in month of October 2021 which is not resolved yet and there are no positive replies till now.

This app doesn't work half the time and when you try to get help from customer service your issues are never fixed.Dont bother with this app

This software used to be able to also get deleted texts from years before. When I installed it this time it didn’t do that. Out of all softwares this is the best one in my opinion cos many other softwares claim to have surround recording only to discover after you’ve installed the software it doesn’t allow to do so due to different laws in different countries..
