Terrible
Terrible, shouldn't be allowed to work in the finance industry. Never had access to online account, they can't explain why and when you ask for a statement they send you only what you've paid in, no interest amounts or final balance etc. it's like they have no clue what they're doing which is terrifying
Most unhelpful helpline ever
We had a EV battery lease through RCI which became Mobilize. Our car's motor 'died' but the battery was fine. The EV engine would need replacing at a cost of £7k - not worth it obviously (car is 8 years old). Trying to get out of the lease agreement has proved a nightmare. The Mobilize "helpline" were as unhelpful as it's possible to be. They insisted the only option was to buy the battery or sell the car & lease to another person. They could not see the issue The battery costs thousands of £££s and who on earth would buy a dead car??? We did our research and found they were not being honest with us! You can have the battery remove and then Renault ship it to France. All you pay for is for a Renault service engineer to remove the battery.

I have had a car loan with this company for over a year.
I tried to set my account online to keep track of payments, no chance, keeps telling me they have sent an email with an access code and never did 10 attempts.
Tried phoning their customer service and found impenetrable at the stage where you speak your agreement number, 3 attempts.
Sent 2 emails, both keep getting sent back to me.
Look in the dictionary under useless and there you find Mobilize fs UK.

Took over a month to post v5 on to new owner and cancelled road tax as soon as payment for vehicle received. Thus new owner could not tax it for over a month. Useless, after having my business for over ten years.

I had finance with mobilize financial services for my Dacia Jogger. I had numerous problems with the car - despite having 30+ years driving experience. They took the side of the dealership and Dacia. I would not recommend them. They do NOT listen to the customer even when I had seen lots of other customers having issues with the Dacia Jogger
