Used twice now very good service dos what they say thank you

The battery was out of stock and I was put on there email list for when they came back available and was emailed the day they were in so I was able to get a battery and it arrived two days later

Easy to order and quick delivery.
I wanted a part for my Nova powerchair just the golf ball joystick top, found it easily and placed the order which arrived on time. I was kept informed at all times about the order status and the delivery status so 10 out of 10 as far as I'm concerned.

I ordered 2 folding scooters a on line. They came within 2days. I didn't feel safe on 1 and rang the shop and explained. In less than 5mins it was sorted they would exchange it. I spoke to a chap that knew exactly what he was talking about and arranged everythin

Everything about this experience at Mobility plus was outstanding. The customer service was excellent and nothing was to much trouble for them. I tried about five different chairs and choose the Nova. The price range is cheaper than all previous shops I've been to i wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you.

Great price and very comfortable. A little heavy to lift in the car but I think I’m being a weakling! Folds up easily.

I'm very happy with the two items of equipment, but I just wish that MobilityPlus QA'd them before shipping. My powered wheelchair had a lose front wheel, which had I not found it quickly could have caused an accident and my rollator had a misaligned rear wheel, which again I've sorted.

Well guys havent been able to use the chair yet, i was sent the wronge colour back rest I have now received the correct colour one but nobody available to assemble it for me at the moment (holidays etc), it was a good job family members were here as we couldnt have seen to the delivery. On the plus side it was delivered earlier than expected. Just celebrated my 87th birthday on 25th. If you care to contact me in a weeks time i can rate the chair.
