On the Monday (13th) I rang this Company, based in Wallington Surrey and left a message on an answer machine. Within an hour my call was returned. The scooter was collected the next morning. On the Wednesday morning I got the prognosis call and by 1pm that day after the batteries were changed and a full service (with cosmetic add ons) the scooter was back with me. Highly rated, efficient Company. I dealt with Anthony who kept me informed every step of the way, thankyou. Will definately use again - should the need arise - however, see you next year when the Service is due.
