Great table and great customer service. Delivery from Italy was faultless, the packaging of the table was faultless and I had a reason to get in touch and they were fabulous in their customer support. Thank you Mobili Fiver for a beautiful table.

I bought some bedside tables from mobili fiver in February. They are good quality but weren't appropriate for the room I purchased them for. They are brand new in their original packaging. I made contact in August to arrange a refund. The first 2 people I spoke to from customer services agreed and started the process, I would pay the return delivery fee. They later said they wouldn't accept a refund because over 6 months had passed. They continue to sell this product at full price on their website. It would be of little consequence for them to accept a refund. The cost to me as a consumer is much greater. With customer service like this I won't buy from them again.

After this review I was contacted and a refund arranged, thank you for good customer service in the end.

We ordered a table from Mobili Fiver. I made a mistake myself when asking for a delay on the despatch date and had to contact customer services. They were swift and efficient in their responses.

The table itself is incredible - the design, the style and the quality is superior. You can REALLY tell the difference between the product vs the ones that are made in China.

Highly recommend this Extendable console table. Good quality , easy to assemble and a very practical piece of furniture. The table was delivered on the date agreed and although it arrived with a small manufacturing problem , the company's service department were very easy to contact and reacted quickly and extremely helpfully and replaced the problem section within a few days. I was impressed with this company and will definitely use again.

From ordering and delivery no problems at all, arrive before scheduled delivery. Unfortunately one of the panels was damaged but this was sorted within days and a replacement on its way which again arrived before scheduled. So happy with the service and product.

I made a mistake while ordering the table 'emma', so i contacted the costumer service, it was solved whithin minutes. Few weeks later my table arrived, track and trace was send to me via email. The table was packed carefully with a clear montage instructionbook. I assembled the table by myself (so it is doable by yourself). I took the time to do so and the result is gorgeous!!

What can I say. Well this company is excellent the service I received was fantastic and I absolutely love my Emma extendable dinning table. The quality is amazing everyone has commented on it. 💯% recommend Mobili Fiver I can’t wait to buy more items.

The Angelica Console is a brilliant piece of design! We are able to have plenty of room in our sitting room, whilst also managing to seat our entire family round a dining table when they all arrive. It is a sleek piece of furniture when not on use as a dining table, and is quick and easy to convert into a dining table. We love it, and would recommend for anyone for whom space is at a premium.

Well, I have to admit...I was hesitant about ordering but have been proved very, very wrong! I ordered the Evolution (one leg) high table in wood effect and LOVE it! It was delivered ahead of schedule so well packaged and a pleasure to put together! Looks more expensive than it was and has transformed my kitchen! Will definitely order again from this company when I move onto renovating the next room in the house. Thank you.

Wow! One of the best companies we’ve ever dealt with.
From ordering, to delivery, packaging and workmanship. Couldn’t fault it.
Ordered the lacopo bookcase. You need to be organised before you actually start putting it together but every dowel and variety of screw was there and each one of the 100 and odd holes married up flawlessly.
Looks completely fab!

I’d been looking at the Angelica table for some time, had my doubts but bit the bullet and ordered one. I’m so pleased I did, as it far exceeds my expectations. It’s so much more solid and sturdy than I imagined and it’s well finished. It’s easy to add the leaves and it’s compact and smart as a console. It really is all it claims to be! I chose the black concrete colour and it arrived within a week of ordering.

Recently purchased dining table from Mobili. Good communication about delivery etc. Item arrived very well packaged and on specified day. Unfortunately one piece had some damage, my query was dealt with promptly, and another table top arrived within days. Once again , kept up to date with delivery etc. Delighted with my purchase, good quality, very stylish. Would definitely purchase more from this company

I ordered the white high table 180x60cm, it honestly exceeded all my expectations:) the quality and finish is just 100% I can't praise Elena enough for the great customer service she provided. Its great when someone actually answers the phone to give you some reassurance and detail on a product when you're unsure. After all the horrible stories we've had ordering online furniture for our moving, it was such a good experience with Mobili Fiver I almost wanted to cry. We ordered a table that was perfectly packed, not your crappy polystyrene, but reinforced cardboard. The finished product is flawless and was very easy to put together with clear instructions and sound engineering. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality beautiful furniture at very decent prices. I ordered a dining room table (which converts to a console) and coffee table in Rustic Oak and the furniture was delivered 9 days later because it is made in Italy. As I opened the first box I was taken aback by the stunning beauty of the wood. I have to stress that the photos of this furniture don’t do it justice. I would definitely order again from them.
