I have a very good experience with this company says the fitter would be there within an hour. He actually was there in 45 minutes, the only criticism was the price £250 for one tyre and I had to ask the fitter to balance the tyre 🛞 before he put it back on thought that would be standard practice?.

Reliable and very quick service
A huge thank you for such a reliable service. My tyre needed to be urgently changed due to the tyre wall being split. Working for the NHS I had patients booked and was panicking that I would not get my tyre changed urgently. My local garage said 2 days!
Thankfully I came across this company online. Following my booking my new tyre was fitted within 2 hours, very impressed as my car has specialist low profile tyres which are tricky to get.

My wife was quoted £250 for what she was told were two top of the range tyres. After she paid and I got home, I checked the tyres fitted and they were budget tyres that retail for around £45–£50 each.
To make it worse, they initially tried to add VAT on top of the £250, taking it to £300. When my wife questioned this, they suddenly said “don’t worry about the VAT” which tells you everything you need to know.
Misleading, overpriced, and clearly trying it on. Absolute rip off and not a business I’d ever use again or recommend to anyone.

Responsive and swift tyre replacement.
Tyre had punctured during a long journey and could not be patched. Called this place and the experience was pretty seamless, they were clear about the information required, how to get the information and the fitter arrived within the hour as stated. Great and quick service.

Call answered straight away. Repair guy with me in an hour. Price was pretty decent given the circumstances, as I was well and truly stuck with a burst tyre, and no spare!

Avoid at all cost
Paid my deposit of £100 got told they’d be here in 30-60 minutes, 3 hours later still no sign many calls inbetween they kept saying id get a call in the next five minutes never did and then around four hours later I got a call saying they are on the way which at that point I chose to pay another company that can in 30 minutes, so I told the guy not to come and he started threatening me, swearing down the phone said he’d come and smash my head in because I cancelled I was utterly shocked and then when I called back to tell the company they didn’t care and refused to refund my money!!! Please do not use this company
