The American guy is just arrogant.
Total waste of time and money.

I too wish I had read the reviews here before using this company. the American guy repeatedly refused to acknowledge the issues with the product until I finally received a replacement. The unit has never consistently worked and despite spending hours moving the aerial I still just see flashing bars on the repeater. Poor product, dire aftersales service and unfit to trade
Fantastic product but dreadful company. We got a replacement product (thanks to tech support in France) which was cheaper, so we should have had a refund. Instead, the Sales Manager made up the original order value with two items we didn’t need, although we could not have known that at the time. When we established that these two items were additional items and repeating what was in the replacement kit we asked to return them and be refunded. The Sales Manager became extremely rude and has refused to give us the name of his senior or indeed tell us what the complaint procedure is. About a month later I had an online chat with the company and they were unable to tell me the name of the most senior staff member or an address to complain to. The only details she would give me were for the Sales Manager! It is such a shame the company appears to have no regard for the customer and their rights (we were within the legal refund window for online sales) because the product is superb.
I was put off by the negative reviews at first, but realised they were all quite old so thought I'd give it a chance. Spoke to a sales rep on the phone. American guy, which was a bit odd, but he seemed to know his stuff and recommended a model to cover all networks. Installation was a bit tricky, but I used a window jumper to avoid drilling a hole in the wall and all was well. Getting a pretty consistent 4 bars in most rooms now.
FRAUDSTERS!! Took £700. The equipment didn't work and I sent it back to the address on their website which isn't owned by them. So annoyed I didn't read the reviews first.
Don't go near them. They are fraudsters. I returned a unit which did not work, they received it and have subsequently ignored all requests for my refund. Unfortunately, the company was dissolved in 2015 and the VAT number and address on their website is invalid. So those applying for CCJs and High Court Writs will be unsuccessful. Their head office is now a clothes shop! Does anyone have any idea of the owners names, I have initiated fraud inquiries now.
Unit never worked. It arrived without any documentation whatsoever and even a professional aerial installer could not get it to work. Returns process was a farce - I had to continuously chase. Eventually got refunded after weeks of emails and then they deducted a proportion for ludicrous issues they claimed they found on inspection which are utter nonsense. Am now referring the matter to the necessary authorities as this is not acceptable business practice.
Wish I'd seen this site. Long story short, item returned within 14 days to some address in Northern Ireland. No sign of any refund. Every conceivable obstacle put in my way to claim. Now about to start legal proceedings.
Avoid these people at all costs.
Like others I ordered a unit, never worked got an RMA, chased and chased a refund. Every excuse under the sun, then told its been too long - I have now issued CCJ paperwork which will be active on Monday 15th 2017
However they don't care!
Do not ever use this company if you are in the UK. The units are illegal and we just had ours seized by OFCOM.
Hello,
Basically, these guys sold the wrong amplifier in the right box. By that I mean they sold an MRE041 in a box labelled MRE042. We ordered the MRE042.
So the amplifier ordered was the correct one but they delivered the wrong one. How much simpler can it be put.
The interesting thing is that they POINT BLANK refuse to do anything about it.
It took a while to work out it was the wrong unit supplied as their technical help is next to useless; all they're interested in is selling you an upgrade if it doesn't work well. And because some time had passed, they claim they are unable to refund, even though THEY SOLD / SHIPPED THE WRONG UNIT!!!
Doesn't matter how good the equipment may or may not be, if you're sold the wrong amplifier and it doesn't work with your network, then it's useless and they should replace it.
They will not!
Enough said.
Avoid this company at all costs and buy from somewhere else!
This bunch are the last people you want to do business with! They trade under at least 2 different names from the same address (which is almost certainly just a London business mail address). They have absolutely no intention of following the "distance selling" code of practice and will not give you your money back under any circumstances, whatever they claim on their websites about "30 day money back guarantees". I purchased one of their units earlier this year and they sent something different to what I ordered. After dozens of emails I eventually managed to return the unit to some 3rd party address they gave me in Northern Ireland but, of course, I didn't get a refund. I finally got my money back by complaining to my visa card supplier. I have no idea if their products work, but be aware, once you have given them your cash, you will be caught up in the long process of complaining to your card supplier if you try to get a refund.
I am still waiting for a refund for the return of a signal booster purchased on 22 April 2014 and received on 29 April 2014. The booster was returned under an RMA number (RMA0519SBUK1096) on 20 May 2014 and received by Mobile Repeater on 21 May 2014. I am still waiting for them to honour the 30 day money back guarantee advertised at that time. I contact them about every 2 weeks by email and telephone but to no avail. Customer services send urgent messages to the returns person but nothing happens and my emails are not replied to.

Hi
Well I found out after trialling one of this companies devices that they are illegal, even though they represented them as being legal!
Then when it did not work, they withheld £150 of the £450 I had paid, stating insurance costs and returns rules.
I purchased a 'package' and returned same package but for returns they treated it like separate orders and did not refund some elements.
VERY unhappy with this company and would suggest you avoid like the plague!
Brought a mobile signal booster from these guys despite there reassurances that there a perfectly ok to use in the UK I went ahead and purchased. 4 weeks after installing and using I get a knock on the door from OFCOM who had a warrant to search my property for this device. They confiscated the signal booster and gave me a warning due to being duped OFCOM where very understanding. If they wasn't I would of received court action and a £5000 fine. So Mobilerepeater are telling porkie pies not only I have lost my money and device I had the heart ache of having a government department in my living room!
Ordered a MR MINI 900/1800 mobile repeater from this company after having an online chat with their salesperson. Ordering and delivery went smooth.
I actually was following an old link, saved in Evernote, to a FemtoCell device.
The website was so honest to say they had stopped selling these devices as most people returned them. Next I got hooked up to the salesman on chat watch.
Wished the salesperson had helped me a bit in thinking ahead about the length of the cable that runs from the antenna to the repeater. The standard length of 10 meters just bridges the minimum distance to avoid interference between antenna and repeater. I was told that if there would be an issue I could return the order within 30 days.
I've created now an online account and requested that my previous order will be mentioned when I log in online. Good to keep track of dates etc. Also requested via an online form whether it would be possible to swap the standard 10 meter cable for something longer.
