Worst insurer I've ever had. Will find a way to avoid paying for claims
Not sure why their score is so high on here when the level of service I received was the worst I ever received from the insurance.
Despite my contract including breakdown cover, they simply blamed it on wear and tear of thr battery and refused to pay for my sons battery thay simply stopped working, making the phone unusable. They took days to even address the claim, while my son loses the ability to have his phone for school to see he's safe, they take their time, not a care in the world. Had I known contracts mean nothing to them, clearly not the insurer I would have gone with. Despite me being fuming, they refused to provide any kind of compensation or refund to take back my renewal.

My call was answered quickly and the customer service advisor I spoke to was friendly and very helpful, he directed me to the website where I quickly changed the details for my phone policy to my new phone. It was extremely quick and easy so I am very impressed with the service I received today.

I am happy to have an insurance
Until today I didn't need the insurance, however it is good to have one, so a Mobile phone is very expensive and cost more as an insurance! I'm happy to pay it monthly i know if I need to repair the phone it cost me nothing.
