Do not trust your money with this casino. Lost My 540e deposit three days ago ( have all The receipts, sent them to their "support" 3 days ago also) and they literally just ignore me and do not give a f about their clients. Wont allow to withdraw my money. Asked support 5 times what’s wrong and they keep telling me the same thing. So... I'm participating to a Christmas tournament on this page. Every win from 15 to 100x is paid 25 points and every win 100x or more is paid 100 points... Well...do you know what? I have played hundred euros about on Tome of Madness and 90% of the bonus were paid less than 100x. And an 80% of them paid less than 50x. How the hell this stuff can be legal? Complete fraud, their support does not exist but when it comes about document reject any additional document get somehow rejected without any explanations. They are dodging payout of 2269€. I got my account verified but once I requested withdrawal the shady stuff began. Do not play there...

After making 3-4 withdrawals in short period, they obviestly dont like players that are winning and they try to stop you in every possible way. I have looked around 500 euro that they are marked as " Bonus money " that need to be roll over 8 times in sport bets but aldo i placed more then 20 times bets roll over, those money are still marked as bonus money with 0% roll over. Every time i log in, livechat is not availible fpr me, I sent e-mail waiting for their responce. I am happy that at least first withdrawals were proceeded , aproved and I got those money. I have same problem with mobilebet.com as user below. I from Italy but live on Finland. They blocked my account with any reasons. My passport was accepted. After it they blocked my account permanently without any reasons. I sent them again needed documents as passport, selfie, bank statement and credit card confirmation but they dont want accept orginal documents. I think that it is scam and dont want withdrawl any money and my deposit. They still do a lot of problems, it is very poor bookie which dont want help me. Dear users, please dont use mobilebet.com, it is scam. You can see that nowdays they have a lot of problems with their financial.

Scam site. I am English on annual leave in Finland. I created an account, won money, and they suspended my account. I am now in a battle to try and get my deposit back as I know they will not open my account and let me withdraw the money I won from them. They said in the live chat that because I am not a Finnish resident that I am not allowed to play in their casino! I think that they let people open accounts, deposit their money, let you think you have won and then shut the account whilst their 'security' department investigate. Not trustworthy, fake bonuses, bad support

Impossible to unsubscribe from daily spam on the phone. I never signed up for this and it tells me I have to log in to unsubscribe, but I don't have, and never made an account

worst service ever ... 18 dec. I tried to deposit 500 one did not get money in the account but deducted from the bank. talked to their customer service who said i got the money back after a short time as this was a bug in their system therefore tried again and problem came again. I am now missing 1000. and mobilebet says they are on the case but after 4 months I still have not got my money. stay away from this company and their incompetent employee.

Bad bonus now and way too big wagering. 100 euros deposit you have to wager 1600 euros :Dd And now you have to have 2 bets on one slip, thats very hard to get right. This casinos supervisors are poor and they are just stealing your money. There are so many casinos that don't have wagering at all or its max 600 euros. And yeah I didn't lose my moneys I took 700 euros out but that was just 200% luck. Go play other casinos until they change the bonus terms.

Tok out some money and verified my account.
Recieved the money i wanted to withdraw but they closed my account afterwards and it still had a balance of around 6600 kr that i had no access to.

I would not recommend mobilebet at all.
