obtained a new phone, ordered a sim card, and after several weeks never recieved it, although the money was taken from my account, after a couple of phone calls and no satisfaction i cancelled the card. quite disapoined.

App never works. Recurring payments fails, can’t add cards, service personnel can’t be understood. Waste of time.

Easy to set up a new account and when I had problems transferring my old number the guy in customer service did it for me and was very helpful. Good price too.

Sim card took few days to arrive (5), my number was a bit slow to change back to my original for some of my contacts but for someone like me, who has a bit of a phobia about all things technical, it was quite painless. Love the website, with all the advice available there.

I still haven't receive the sim card I signed up for as par of my Sim Only contract, despite ordering it a while ago. I now have to extend my current contract and pay more. Not impressed so far. Update: 2 days later. Still no news.
