I payed a few times-Good solution Found.
I paid a few times but received no confirmation and no chip. Despite this issue, customer service reached out to me during the following week. They offered me a voucher to make up for the problem, which has changed my mind from my previous review.
I consider this a fair and honest resolution, as they acknowledged the issue and made a genuine effort to find a solution for me.
Customer service gets a 10/10 from me. I'm not giving 5 stars overall, since there was a problem in the first place — but the way it was resolved was excellent.

1. I did the order yesterday - 8th July
2. I filled all the requested fields
3. I have paid extra for a fast delivery

Today I get a communication that they need a copy of my bank-pass. Apparently it was not a problem when I have paid for the extra accessoires and the fast delivery.
2.
After sending the requested pictures I see the telepjone is not in stock and I need to wait for 3-4 days.
What?
I ordered bacause I have urgent need of a new one and now I am blocked in a loop of automatwd messages and costs.
I hope you undersrand how unprofessional this situation is.

I had a terrible lt experience with them. I ordered a Samsung a57 5g a 2 year subscription and a 45w charger and during the process completed payment of €430.70. After that they requested a copy of id passport etc their system wouldn't accept my verbilf document so I sent then my passport. This was accepted then im told.i need to go to the gemente to get an extract from my bkr details. Its ridiculous to take the money the ask for extra id. Their answers were also inadequate. I m British but have liv3d in nl for 26yrs and never had problems like this. The order is cancelled and ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Unhappy solution
I made mistake with the number transfer request. I received a soltuion but I'm not happy with it and I do not agree with it. Now everything is pending as I do not have any time to deel with the customer service of service provider due to their fancy, modern, time leeching solution for contacting. Looking at it afterwards, it had would be better to not go further with the ordering, just raise a different order if I had known that I get this solution for the number transfer.
