I had an excellent experience with Miller McCall Wylie while dealing with my hearing loss case. From the very beginning, their team was professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping me achieve the best possible outcome.

My experience with MMW Legal was extremely disappointing. They failed to adhere to their own conduct and engagement terms, charging a substantial fee for advice that could have been obtained through Citizens Advice.

They issued retrospective charges — including before a formal Letter of Engagement was sent and after I had verbally confirmed not to proceed. No meaningful value was provided throughout the process, which ultimately led me to file an official complaint and escalation.

In addition, no AML checks were conducted, and the invoice appeared to be based on a generic scope of work, not one tailored to my specific case.

I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if seeking transparent, professional legal representation.

Great lawyers, always perfect quality

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with MMW. We chose them after reading lots of good reviews as we are buying our first house.
The paralegal who took us on was not very communicative and took a long time to reply to emails asking simple questions (have you received our documents, do you have a contract for us to sign). She was also never available when we called. When she did reply, she was rather sharp and rude in her tone. Finally she completely mixed us up with another client, jumbling up all our information (names, home address, email address and purchase property) and sent it out to us and the other client in some forms.
There was no apology or even acknowledgement of the mistake, even when we called up to tell her we would be going elsewhere.
