Not so loyal
Extremely disappointed. I have been using this service for 2 years now and never once been treated this way. 5 minutes late to an appointment, having courteously called to let the team know I was on my way, I was told I would not be able to recieve the service agreed over the phone (cut and straighen) because the hairdresser I requested was "booked back to back" with customers. Shame they just lost a loyal one. My travel time? 2 hours. Very unprofessional, Millimetre.
