They have multiple website where they scam people . Interesting is trust pilot don't care they have a fake feedback here and help them to scam more people !!! Read the opinions from the first 1-5 page.There is a true opinions who are they ! Caution ! Don't be foolish - you will lost your money 100000% and get nothing !!!!

Worst company I have had to deal with.

The server is full of deception, they say the supplier is ready and their stock is available. When you actually purchase it they say the supplier is offline and all they say is they will be sending you email ASAP and do not worry.

They do this for over a week and they are full of lies

Thank God For Using Paypal so you can make a dispute claim. Also they claim that they don't use paypal anymore. god these guys needs a life and also needs to close down their website

Man because this system is not letting my type inappropriate language I am going easy here but if I could I would be writing way more than this.

I ordered about 250+ USD worth of gold before reading the reviews on this site. I got quite scared after doing so as I thought that I would not receive my order. However, I am pleasantly surprised to say that I did in fact receive my order. It took longer than the advertised 8-24Hours (Got the gold after 48 hours) which did not help with my anxiety after not receiving my order in that timeframe, but I did end up getting it nonetheless. I am giving a 4-Star review because they fulfilled my order, but they lied when they said there was stock available for my gold and it took longer than I would have liked. They aren't necessarily out to steal your money and leave you with nothing as they do deliver eventually, it is just that they are not very transparent about having stock so that you buy from them which I must say isn't very ethical.

I was scared as shat after reading all the comment. The bad thing was that i ve already paid 12 bucks for some gold.

After 5 days asking in the online chat. I ve recibed an email with the confirmation.

Not much to say, just be ready to wait more than the time they advertise. Im really hoping they inprove their service and deliver times. GL

Do not place an order! They will tell you that you can buy as much of anything that you want, but then will say they cannot contact their supplier.
Their old supplier no longer supplies anybody. MMOOK.com which is the same people as GOLDICQ.com are simply taking peoples money, with no plans to ever give items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

I advise everyone from even coming to make purchase from this delinquent company! as they do not serve their signed in paying customer any convenience or piece of mind, that you deserve! Here's how my experience upon selecting my desired product and choosing PAYPAL as my preferred method of payment, which as stated in their site is an acceptable payment to their listed advertise product for purchase. When all is done finished checkout, my payment has successfully completed and been sent a receipt through PAYPAL email invoice, so I checked in my mmook.com account's paid history and it stated a status of "PAID" then comes the nasty part! Here is where you'll see the beginning of their behavior of which resembles that of the scammers! Their sites quoted, that their guaranteed delivery time is within 8 minutes to 24 hours. when after you check out and have a chat to them to present your order number, they'll ask you to hold on while they look up on it and all of the sudden you'll be told that their supplier isn't online and it is forever that the supplier will not be present which defeated the matter of having full stocks . They will stall you for so long past their stated time of delivery and will not be notify in any ways to tell you, that they decide to issue a refund to you, since they failed within the said time of delivery. So I got back at them to have them deliver what I have bought, so their reply to this was they don't accept paypal funny they say so, when they already have accepted my pay and they will suggest you to pay up via local method they present to you in chat. they require you to pay in one of those method only so they can "REFUND YOU" who ever wanna pay twice! do you!? That there is as what i define as a behavior of scam! I now presented the matter to PAYPAL AND ESCALATED IT! DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE!!!!

Dont ever use this site. Ever. Like most others they promis delivery with in 10-20 min, before you order. After you order they suddenly cant contact their supplier.

After waiting 90 minutes (as stated in the site orders can take up to 90 minutes to deliver), I contacted customer support, was wished a Merry Christmas, oh yeah and your paypal order was cancelled and got told to pay using Western Union, whut? DansGame. Oh yeah, and also I got told my order will get canceled and refunded "Later".

This site is a scam.
They refuse to take paypal payments.
They take so long to deliver service....if they even deliver at all (basically they scam). They don't refund either.
Why hasn't this site gotten taken down yet? It deserves to be taken down.
Their process is unprofessional, they can barely type proper english grammar. They don't do business at all, they just steal.

Another question, why don't they respond to all the scam post claims against their company if they claim they don't scam?
No way to defend yourself? Because you don't actually provide the service that your site claims.
