Great after sales
Disappointing that the 2nd 3D pen doesn't work at all, but hopefully the 3rd time is a charme. The after sales is great though and the pen as well (if it works - my other two pens still work).

Ordered the 3D pen and the delivery…
Ordered the 3D pen and the delivery took a bit longer than expected. Finally when my daughter got it, she was quite happy for it🥳🥳 Sadly it worked for no more than 4 weeks. We claimed it and also this process took a bit too long, but we hope to get a replacement anytime soon🤞🏻🤞🏻

My two boys got a 3D pen for Christmas
My two boys got a 3D pen for Christmas, after one of my sons used his it stopped working as if it couldn't heat up, contacted them and they quickly sent a new one. So now both boys can sit back and be creative again

Good after sales department
I ordered two 3D pens. Unfortunately one had technical problems and therefore we couldn't use it. The after sales department was very helpful. Now we are waiting for a new one. And my daughter is looking forward to have a lot of creative moments with this pen!

Great Customer Service
We bought MM Brands 3D pen as a gift for our daughter, she was so happy with it but there was a technical problem.
Therefore, we contacted MM Brands who in turn has a great customer service who responded within no time and they saved us the trouble by suggesting to send a replacement for the item we have which made our daughter smile again. We are looking forward to receiving it.

I bought 2 pens, blue for my grandson and pink for my granddaughter. They got them for sinterklaas and are very happy with them. After a short use the blue one didn't work anymore. I send an email to MM Brands and they prommissed me to sent me a New one. My grandson will be very happy when he gets it
