IF I COULD GIVE THEM -5 stars 🌟 I WOULD BE SO HAPPY what a waste of time and money this company is. DONT BUY from this company unless you want headaches. Made and order since the 26 of January it’s now 13 of march and I don’t have the parts and my refund. They been having “technical issues “ for almost 2 weeks saying they’re unavailable to see who made and order hahaha I mean! What a joke all I have is 10 emails with stupid apologies while I’m still struggling to fix my car because these idi**s are just SCAMMERS! don’t buy from this company unless-5 -5 stars.

I ordered a carbon fiber body kit on…

I ordered a carbon fiber body kit on May 22, 2025. Since then, they've only sent the mirror caps, but the rest of the items have never arrived, despite each time they said 2-4 weeks. I've initiated a return, but I don't know how long I'll have to wait; the refund amount is $7,698!!!

COMPLETE SCAMMERS, AVOID.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Made 2 separate orders (end of November 2025 and beginning of December 2025) for some service items for my car. It’s now March 2026!! Kept fobbing me off about when it would be delivered, fobbed me off saying their system was down after I hadn’t received a refund months later. It’s amazing they haven’t been shut down!

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE!!! Ordered a radiator hose (thank god it wasn’t too expensive) Never arrived, called them numerous times, stuck on hold and then the call ends. Do not waste your time and money.

Not a good experience

Like the majority of reviews. I too have had what I can only describe as an extremely less than desirable experience with this so called company. I placed an order back in December for approximately £140. I was aware that one of the items was out of stock and would take around two weeks to arrive. I agreed to this but......... three weeks later I chased the order up after no update. About five days later I recieved an email stating that I'd be looking at another six weeks. This was the pattern going forward and it was clear the order wasn't going to be fulfilled so I asked to cancel the order and be refunded. I was quoted fourteen days before I would receive the refund. Although this isn't acceptable I went with it. Three weeks on and no refund and no communication. You can see where this is heading. As I used an external company to pay via, I contacted them. The process was still to give M L Performance time to respond to them, which they obviously didn't. Ultimately I did receive my refund from the payment company in early March. Be very wary of this company. In my experience they have next to no customer service, and no intention of either honouring the order or giving me my money back. Theres no option for 0 stars so be warned!

Worst service.

I've tried ordering parts from them twice. They're always out of stock, and I have to wait an unknown amount of time. Customer support is terrible. They also won't cancel my order, so I have to resolve the issue through my bank.

I would be giving this company 0 stars if I could because bought a car battery from them with 5 years warranty after 1 year the battery has completely died tried emailing them 3 times about a replacement or how to return the battery not received 1 reply am going to the ombudsman now but do not use this company I should have know better when I had to contact them 3 times after payment avoid avoid scammers

No product, no refund.

I am very disappointed with my experience with ML Performance UK.

I placed an order worth around €2,000 for a part that had a backorder of 2 weeks maximum. 1 month passed and the update I got was that they needed 28 days more to process it. Obviously, this is not viable, so I decided to request a refund while within the allowed period according to their policy. The refund was supposedly processed when the request was made, but the refund period has now already passed (by 3 weeks) and I still have not received the money.

When contacting customer support, most of the time I did not get an answer. Calling to the UK number results in the call to be declined after a few minutes of waiting. Once I mentioned a dispute for this, they answered and I was told that they are currently experiencing a system issue and cannot access my order details. While I understand technical issues can happen, this does not explain why the refund has not been completed or why there is no clear timeline for resolving it.

For an order of this value, I expected much better communication and a faster resolution. At this point I am still waiting for the refund and hope the company resolves this situation quickly.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with, ordered an intake system over a month and a half ago with a two week delivery time. Over a month a half later, still no delivery, no contact, call them and they don't pick up. Do not use this company.
