Ordered gaming PC for my son. I have limited knowledge of gaming PC’s but after I explained what I wanted from the PC. A bespoke PC was built for me. When it arrived, the graphic card was not compatible for what I needed, a new graphics card was sent to me and I received a video call with instructions on how to change this over. Would 100% recommend to anyone. I asked for advice on other topics and responded quickly.

I ordered my pc from MK Rigs about 4 years ago and had nothing but a positive experience from the first message, I knew very little about the actual components and what to expect after a quick enquiry I was asked for specifically what I was looking for from the looks, performance and a budget and it was brought to life.
Even after it arrived a couple weeks later I had a slight technical issue (the fans rpm was too high causing a slight whining noise) that I couldn’t grasp after a quick message he was more than happy to hold my hand through a fix which has served it well to date.
If I ever am in the position to upgrade my set up again I’ll be buying from here no question asked

Fantastic service

Customer service is exemplary fast replies and you know every stage of the build as to what’s happening customer service is better than any I have known, will always help when asked.
PC arrived and has been perfect since I have had it, very well packed with instructions to explain how to unpack and start it.

Buying a new PC can be a very scary experience as I'm sure were all aware. prices being so high and the constant release of new hardware is completely overwhelming. MKrigs made this process so much less stressful with extremely helpful advice helping me choose the pc I will feel the most advantage buying. They didn't try to oversell me a ridiculously expensive pc just for quick profit. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone. Could not be happier with the service. Thank you MKrigs !!

Highly Recommended – Exceptional Custom Watercooling Work
As someone with years of experience in the computer industry, I’m confident handling most builds — but watercooling isn’t my strongest area. Rather than risk the frustration of doing it myself, I asked Max to retube my custom system.
He went above and beyond, delivering an exceptional standard of work throughout the entire process.
Max doesn’t cut corners like many others might. He’s a highly skilled watercooling expert — polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. If I ever decide to upgrade in the future, there’s no doubt I’ll be going straight back to him. His pricing is more than fair, too.
I’d recommend Max and MK Rigs without hesitation. You won’t regret choosing them — you’ll be glad you did.

Amazing service
I recently purchased a fully customised PC from Max. He was extremely responsive and so helpful with advising me on my parts. Literally any questions I had he answered and gave me opinions on how I could make my build better within my budget.
Once we decided on a final build Max had it built and sent out within 4 days! We finalised the build on a Sunday night and I received the PC Friday morning (he had sent the PC out on Wednesday). All while keeping me in the loop and sending me pics of my build.
The PC is a 5070 / 7800X3D, it performs exactly how I wanted it to and aesthetics wise Max did a beautiful job on the build. If I am to ever upgrade in the future I’d be sure to shop with him again.

My overall experience over the years with MKRigs
Where do I start? This is my third build off MKrigs each time they’re definitely a sizeable upgrade to the last and with the better system and now a water cooled system it’s great to see the quality of his builds, all my builds were fine and were only sold first time due to boredom after a few months and regretted it then my second one was traded in due to needing a upgrade for Star Wars genesis mod for starfield which ran great for 3-4 years, it was a 3060 and i5 build for guidance, it’s always straight forward I show him a game or two id like to be able to play he asks what budget I can work with and he goes with that! But he also throws in say if you’d like a slight upgrade on a cpu it’s a extra 50£ let’s say just to let you know he doesn’t hassle just lets you know that it’s there for that price for a slightly better build, first two times I’ve been that excited for my build and personally picked it up off him and met himself and his wife and invited into his house and ran me through everything and how it works before I left to travel back home with it, since I’m not the most clued up with computers, they’re really good people,
he’s always very reliable to get in touch with even though I tell him not to answer till the work weeks if it’s a weekend or what not
the warranty definitely works! As my card died (3060) and he went through it with me diagnosing through bios and everything to ensure what the problem with and spent hours n hours helping me with the issue and arranged collections and got it back fixed in no time at no cost to me without any fuss, even on things that’s nothing to do with him
He’s always helped me out! Even down to my rgb app disappearing he took over controls on my computer and reset it all up, and swapped over my hard drives onto new company and reformatted them! All in all I’ve had 3 builds and always been happy and the after service to brilliant will nothing go anyone else for a computer now!
I did trade in my old school with him for a reduced price which is obviously expected due to hassling of him needing to sell it but I didn’t wanna sit on a old build for few months and he lowered the price of the build and I readded it back into the budget since it’s basically free money haha!
This time round I’ve gone for a 5070ti with a 9800X3D water cooled and etc

A dream PC and the best service
I've had my custom PC from MK Rigs for around 9 months now and I couldn't be happier. I use it daily for at least 8 hours a day through work (plus gaming when I have time).
I did what most people do and created my own wish list of components, I watched videos about self builds and I researched about how to get the best out of my PC on the budget I had set.
I was still anxious about a self build so I contacted MK Rigs on Facebook initially for some advice.
Speaking to Max was an absolute breeze, he understood what I wanted and why, gently suggested some changes which would improve my setup at no additional cost and delivered a PC I'm thrilled with to this day and I've not had a single issue... And even if I had, I know I can drop MK Rigs a message and I'd have the support I need.
Highly recommended and I wouldn't use anyone else in the future.
