A remarable experience
I have rarely come across a company that offers the level of service recently provided to me by MK Plumbing and Heating, who quoted for and fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler in my home. From the moment the owner of the company responded to my request for a quotation to the moment he and his apprentice finished the installation I had the impression that I was dealing with people who really knew their business and who would not let me down. Any question I asked, however stupid, was answered patiently and with clarity and the explanations I received of the merits of different boilers helped me make the right decision. The quotation was excellent value, as judged by a comparison with similar quotes, saving me a great deal of money. The instalation was carried out soon after my accepting and was done with efficiency and friendly attention and within a day. As I say, this level of service is rare in my opinion and MK deserve all the plaudits for their way of operating.

Great company! Maciej has just installed a new Worcester 8000 life for me with smart controls and given me a 12 year warranty.
With inflation the way it is, to have 12 years peace of mind with this warranty is amazing!
