Really good quality marella cruise tag. Unfortunately due to royal mail issues it took a while to arrive but that is not the company's fault. Would highly recommend the luggage tags to all marella customers

Hello, very disappointed to see 1 star for this order.
The order was placed on a day Royal Mail were striking for 2 days.
They were made, packed and collected the Friday after the strikes.
The tracking shows it was collected 2nd Dec and is still being held by Royal Mail.
This is completely outside of my control. You can always call or drop me an email to check on the order status.
I've just spoken with the Royal Mail Business Team, who said the RM48 Tracked Service is currently experiencing unprecedented delays. They are working through the backlog as fast as they can.

The luggage labels I purchased were not as good as my previous order, the metal fasteners are not as suitable as the plastic straps
The luggage labels I purchased were not as I previously purchased . The original ones had adjustable plastic straps, these have metal straps . These are not as suitable for children .
I have these fasteners on different labels and they are not easy to use and can easily be mislaid.

The company was fantastic to deal with. I was a bit concerned as I hadnt heard anything about my order, and I just wanted to make sure it had all gone through ok. The guy I spoke to was absolutely lovely, confirmed that it was all good with the order, and said it would be posted that day. The bar runner and coasters have just arrived, and I love them! Bought these for stocking fillers for an up and coming cruise. Very well made, personalised. Gave 4* as I think expensive but wanted them anyway.

2 items were missing from delivery
2 items were missing from delivery, sent an email, got one back by return, and it was sorted, the 2 missing items were sent out within a few days, with a little extra to compensate.

I have just received my American number plates & they look so real. You have done an excellent job. I'm in Australia and I got them in under 2 weeks from England. From a distance you wouldn't know they aren't a real plate. Fantastic. Thank you.
