Wonderfull people working there

Personal was very helpfull. They show me two tables, suggested the better one and suggested to take one part from another table. Also they helped me to put the table into my car. Thanks to them!

Friendly and efficient service

Overall experience was so good!

Overall experience was so good. Employees were helpful. I went to pick up my order from warehouse. Only improvement that could have been made is at the area of the warehouse it's not clear where the pickup point is. We had to search the area little bit to find the entrance.

Excellent service by Mjuk including delivery! From orinal order confirmation it took a while (maybe a week) before I got any further confirmation on shipping, yet once on move- very nicely and transparent handled. Products as new!

Again everything went smootly

I'm from Finland. My chair was in storage in Sweden still it got delivered quikly. Customer service was helpfull and fast. This was my second from Mjuk and i'm very pleased to whole experiences.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Reasonably priced delivery included furniture carried inside apartment and not left outside like many competitors do. Delivery came as agreed and service was very friendly. Furniture was as described in the web site. This business model and company is spot on!

the color was "dusty pink" in the…

the color was "dusty pink" in the description. When i got the sofa it was brown. They lost one of the items i ordered. It took 3 weeks for the sofa to arrive even if it said on the order confirmation 1-2 weeks.

The received money 160 eur was nothing

The received money 160 eur was nothing. The value of the table was over 3000 eur ja Mjuk was sayint that they will sell at leat 900 eur.
It took almost one year.

Scandal. Never ever I will use Mjuk. In Finnish they are HUIJAREITA.

Great!

It was great & and i am very happy with the purchased item. What went less good is the emails with the link to the delivery (it was said to be sent but i did not get it). I contacted the Mjuk team and they solved it fast and easy.

My item was never delivered after 2.5…

My item was never delivered after 2.5 weeks. I paid for the item and shipping. I have sent 3 emails asking about shipping status, and no response. I have been sent at least 2 emails asking for my experience. I keep waiting for my item to arrive before responding to this. But alas. My experience.

Buying was easy but delivery was more…

Buying was easy but delivery was more trickier. Choosing delivery time via email link didnt work and the timeframe of delivery didnt hold-it was later then informed.
