After 3 no shows from open reach , I had the luck of getting Mohammed Haroon assigned to the problem today. Not only did he figure the issue out straight away he cracked on and got it fixed. He was lovely, friendly and professional and really cared that I'd had no Internet for a week. He's an absolute credit to your company. Id be proud to have him on my staff and I'd be doing anything in my power to keep him! If by any chance Mohammed gets to see this I'd like to say a massive thank you again for restoring sanity in my home!

Mohammed Haroon installed my BT Internet today at 22 Main Road, Denholme. He was polite, efficient and quick. He explained the installation process and demonstrated how to sign in on my phone. The tided away and left the wiring neat and tidy. Before leaving he ensured I was happy and knew how to sign in again, if needed. A very nice and trustworthy young man.

M J Quinn carried out an FTTP install replacing my old copper broadband on behalf of BT Openreach.
The pre-install customer service by both M J Quinn & BT was excellent with numerous emails & texts with plenty of info on the install.
On the day of install, the only negative was that I was not contacted beforehand and the engineer, Davidas, turned up a few hours early, apparently because his schedule had been changed at the last minute. Luckily I was at home.
Having spent considerable time and effort in hiding cables during a house renovation, I had been putting of the inevitable upgrade for years due to fears about untidy exposed cables and shoddy workmanship. I was ready to cancel the job if I was not happy with the route proposed.
However, Davidas understood this and carried out the installation in my upstairs home office to the highest standard. He first discussed the options and process with me and agreed that untidy cabling is an eyesore.
After a hoist engineer had attended site, the incoming cable was tee'd off from the overhead running nearby. Having drilled through the wall into the upstairs from outside, there is just a tiny box plus the connection box which is a bit larger than a single switch socket.
He explained everything before leaving and left the area tidy.
I was so relieved and happy that there was no stress and that this upgrade is another job ticked off the list.
