No After Sales Service

During June 2024 MJ Print designed and installed a CCTV system to my bungalow. All was good until winter period when one of the solar cameras stopped working. I have left messages on both the office and mobile number and emailed MJ Print. to date, I had no reply from MJ Print. Therefore after spending a lot of money for the supply and installation of the CCTV system MJ Print Ltd offer no after sales service. I have no details from the manufacturer of the cameras, so at my own expense I will have to arrange for the camera to be replaced .
