Never order with mjam.

Never order with mjam.
They cheat with time. when you order it says like 14 to 25 min, I had my food 1 hour later and completely cold.
You pay in advance you won't get your money back if they deliver practically uneatable food.
They only thing you get is a code which is just 30
days viable to pressure you to use their bad service again.
After contacting their service to get the code after I wanted to order again since I practically paid for nothing they refused in condescending disrespectful way to renew the code.

Worst delivery service in Wien

3 hours waiting for my food

- bad customer service, no number to call
- food came after 3 hours (frozen)
- I was not informed about it. Restaurant called mjam and was told that food would come, whereas rider called me and told me he was in the opposite side of Vienna. Very bad communication between parties.
- another time food was marked as delivered but it never arrived.

made two times the same order right…

made two times the same order right after each other and they both didn't arrive.

First time driver tried to call me but missed it. they send an email too and said I should contact live support immediately but live support doesn't work.

made the same order right after. So waiting with my phone in my hand. get same email, driver tried contact me. this time no missed calls and still no live support.

I mean, never experienced such a bad delivery service. honestly no clue why the drivers seem to cannot find my doorbell. Now im sitting here writing some angry review while I just wanted a simple burger

Support and chat not reacting to refund and account issues - no customer support

Waited for a refund for 1,5 months. Emails to the support were ignored and the chat only told me to contact the support closing the chat right after. Money arrived yesterday after I told a chat person that I will initiate legal action if they choose to ignore any further.
there also seems to be a technical issue with our account (we have a company account) since 22nd december. we tried to order again a couple times afterwards but without luck and the support also did not react to this issue.
after years of using mjam we are basically forced to go to the competition.

Order was not delivered

Order was not delivered. The agent told that the number of the apartment was missing in the address which is not true. The address is saved in the profile with all necessary information and it is not a first time I ordering to this address. The agent refused to refund or resend the order and interrupted the chat without even saying goodbye. I really want to ask where I can pickup the food myself but I was not able to contact the service anymore. I feel really cheated. Also I will charge back in the bank those cheaters

No refund possible

No refund possible! Do not use this app!
I ordered my food, waited 2 hours and nothing came. So I asked for a refund and the answer is "it's not possible". And the food never came. So basically paying for nothing. You simply need to trust the deliverer. If the deliverer did not deliver, well then guess what, you get no food and simply waste your money.

It's the worst

Sometimes their website gets stuck and the order only gets processed after you have written them. You wait more than an hour for your order. One of the times they offered me a voucher, didn't give me a code and when I asked them they interrogated me. Seriously the worst service

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional! I ordered food from one of the restaurants, and after waiting for 40 min I got a text from the app saying the food was delivered and enjoy it. But No one called me and I didn’t receive my order. Anyways, I contacted mjam costumer service and they were so rude and blamed everything on me. The excuse was that they couldn’t reach me so they left the food in front of the BUILDING, instead of my apartment. Also, they didn’t apologize or at least offer a refund, so I had to call the restaurant to explain the issue and they gave me the same order for free. Shoutout to Hard Rock Cafe Vienna for being so costumer friendly:)

Food never came, no solution offered

Food never came, unhelpful representative completely unwilling to refund me. Due to a computer bug, I had to type my address in the comment section. I was called shortly after I placed my order and confirmed with my deliverer where to go. We waited all night and our food never came. We tried fixing the problem last night, but the automated response system was completely useless, and when we finally got ahold of someone today, they were just as unhelpful. If you're not going to refund me, fine, but at least bring me my food? Definitely worth the walk to get dinner myself.

Order never delivered, no refund

After having waited 35 minutes outside for the delivery man, he didn’t come and I didn’t have my food. I begin a Chat with the help center and they told me that the delivery man came and waited 20 minutes outside, which is totally false because I was outside and I didn’t saw him. Furthermore, they told me that I will not be refunded according to their AGB’s. They just gave me a voucher of 3€ for a delivery of 32€. It’s really a shame.

Unbelievably bad - stay away

Unbelievably bad customer service and processes. After ordering the restaurant calls that they cannot deliver two of the four dishes and wants us to pick something else. This was not an option for us and they advise us to cancel with mjam directly. Now imagine this: the first customer rep from mjam just ends the chat after the first response that nothing can be done. The second one tries to offer me less value than the two dishes were worth and acts like I am unreasonable. No willingness to cancel the order. Zero customer service and just pure greed.

Friederike S. was the worst customer service agent when it came to locating our delivery order. According to her, our address does not exist in Vienna even though we’ve ordered from Mjam multiple times. She said to contact the restaurant directly, despite the fact that we ordered from a delivery only restaurant. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible and horrendous customer service.

All in all, we never got our order even though the app stated that it was delivered. We weren’t called or notified.

The App mixes Up my old Adress and my…

The App mixes Up my old Adress and my new one, even though I removed everything from the old adress, reset all the stuff on the App. So every time I order some to und there is an adress that doesn't even exist. Ends up in discussions with the driver and I'm sick of it, bc ordering food is no fun anymore Tried to contact Mjam, but nothing. So this app will be deleted and I'll move on to something different.
