I ordered an item, what i needed next day. As promised on their website; order before 23:59, and receive it next day, i was counting on that.
As i didn't received any update, i was curious to receive it next day. So i canceled the order and wrote an email to refund my money. They answered quickly and that makes a lot good.
The big issue is not to know when you will receive your item.
