Avoid This Company- Carlos is scammer-DO not make contract with him
Title: Completed work, zero payment received
I worked with Carlos, CEO of Mixlogy Ice Company (Miami, USA), on a CAD/CAM project to generate NC files for an ice box. The agreed budget was $800.
I worked for nearly three weeks and delivered the required models and files. Due to a platform issue, CadCrowd refunded all funds back to Carlos, including released funds. As a result, I received $0 for my work.
Despite having the completed work and benefiting from it, Carlos refused to compensate me outside the platform. I was left with weeks of unpaid labor and no resolution.
This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and fairness toward freelancers. I strongly warn other designers and engineers to be extremely careful before working with Mixlogy Ice Company or Carlos, as you may end up doing real work with no payment.
