I was extremely disappointed with 2 things on my last book--I make sure the margins on my books are within the website parameters but when my book was printed the photos, etc were cut off on 2 of the sides. Mixbook did reprint the book but then it was slanted on the printer and several of the pages had white showing at the top. There needs to be some educating at your printer.

Mixbook is super user-friendly. I like to upload folders of photos and then I can place them myself or have the program auto-place them. Lots of cool stickers and designs. It is super quick to make a book and the quality is good...I recommend the glossy over the matte.

Love the products! Need improvement in how to make the books though. A simple step-by-step video would help. The Chat feature is not helpful but the customer service email is very good.

Great stuff you have here. Having used a competitive photo book app I was really surprised how well Mixbook was very intuitive to use. A few missteps and confusion on my part. (loading images and trying the 'magic' option and ended up making a mess of what I'd done. The help option, text & video, helped greatly. The ability to build albums is a winner for me as well as being able to sort images by date.

Some problems I've had was the cursor would not be able to select when I would go to full screen. Probably on my end and I was able to recover.
Love the ability to fine tune the images. The map feature is a big plus for me, a bit touchy but still great.

The layout option is helpful when you need a second opinion. Text input is easy to use and the options seem endless. Themes? Haven't really tried these but I see something in the future to use.

The finished product is absolutely beautiful. To use this is a perfect way to document our life.

Pretty easy interface while creating, phone help available, quick production and delivery, and the book turned out beautiful!

I wish photo print paper quality was better and a glossy paper option. Otherwise happy with albums.

Program is easy to work with, pictures came out beautiful. There are discounts and specials that make it affordable

The graduation book was just perfect, all pictures were clear and using their template with sayings made it even more special

I've used your products for 12 years now, and I feel I keep having to dumb down my design on the pages due to your tightness or accuracy of how it is actually printed. I am a designer and work hard to layout my pictures on the pages and it gets a little tricky at the edges - so I wish they had better warnings about it - I have also suggested to them that they put a dashed line near the center bind... to remind folks that unless they purchase the lay flat style book from this point on, the image may be hard to see. I also wish they had a ruler at the all the edges that the user could either turn off or on... and a grid on the page! Instead they only have a feature that will help align things... which is sometimes helpful, but not always - give us a feature to turn that off!!!! So there is room for improvement and I'm really hoping they pick up on some of these helpful hints soon. Fingers crossed because I do love the product.

Quality is good, but process of creating book is cumbersome

My book consists of nearly 500 photos of areas and people around France. I arranged them as I thought worked well, but the experts at Mixbook reworked some of my layout. They did a spectacular job.

Mixbook has great software that is easy to use. However, over time the price has exceeded its competitors. The last book I created, the print on the spine was too close to the edge and appears cut off and the binding was subpar.

When I received my latest Mixbook (I have ordered many)that was to be given as a gift, I found several pages that were printed upside down. I contacted Mixbook and they sent a replacement copy at no charge and on RUSH delivery. I was so happy. Thanks for the great customer service!!
