DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Their rating is less than one star. I have been contacting them since receiving their faulty mop holder in November to return and credit me. They send me back the same email but do nothing!
BUYER BEEARE! They are awful. It has been over one month and still not resolved!

I placed an order on mivoza but the whole experience was a total disaster. First of all the product description shown on the website did not match the actual product. The color, size, quality were not good.

I was stupid enough to order the following from Mivoza:-

Small (6 inches)
What I received was two pieces of bird-shaped plastic crap.
Do not trust anything advertised by this company.

Worst service I ever see in my life!!! Not recommended to by from this company anything!
Today Oct. 2, 2025 I received your "item".
This is absolutely not what you show on the website for purchase! You're simply lying to your customers!
I will return this piece of crap but NO PAY for delivery!

Laughable. False advertising of a basic piece of absolute crap toy dog. Something from out of 80s. Advertised as the latest in AI robotics. Copy and pasted from the box.

It’s actually a nasty cheap plastic disgrace. You won’t receive any after sales support. It’s clearly a cheap scam. Keep away.
Mivoza. Do not waste each others time responding to my review. It’s meaningless and pointless. You are clearly a company not to be trusted or to take any notice of. The cost and inconvenience to return this object with a true value of. £4. I would not trust that you would say that you have received it and fully refund me. You are most welcome for photos. On the box it’s a real dog. The actual toy is not digital as advertised. It’s a nasty plastic with a basic mechanism. The covering that’s supposed to be life like. Is a cheap nasty material. A child 40 years ago would have been delighted. This is the type of toy you would expect from a fair ground prize. See below latest copy and pasted from an advert of these scammers.

Bought white robotic puppy, which looks adorable on advert.
Took nearly approx 21 days to arrive. I was expecting it to be boxed? It arrived in padded bag it was small thought can't be my puppy?
Great disappointed it was ¡!!!!
Certainly didn't look like picture put batteries in even though no safety screw on battery case?but my disappointed was now turning to frustration.
It was meant for gift for my great granddaughter what a shock. Yes it moved, noise was nothin̈g like a bark? So called fluffy cuddly coat you could feel the structure of the so called puppy? Doesn't sit or cuddle as stated in description,
In fact only true statement no need to clean, feed ect.

Please do Not buy this you will be very disappointed.
I tried leaving review on site but couldn't? That's why I'm leaving it here.
Tried to sign into my account? Said I have not ordered to date?
Beware to be disappointed my poor sad puppy I'll keep it as it is not going to be a gift as it is not suitable for any child.

Look at other reviews, I'm more disappointed than expected but ultimately it's your choice.

I have ordered a vegetable shredder 2 weeks ago on mivoza, until the day of today I did not receive it. They kept on sending me mails saying That my item is on its way. I checked again my mail today to track my order and it was mentioned that my order has been completed whereas until the date of today I received nothing. Such a scam and unprofessional company. Is this how you treat your customers especially that payment has been made?????

I didn’t receive the 4 apple corers ( 2 large and 2 small ) that I ordered but receive 2 items that don’t look anything like an apple corer

Seriously what poor customer service. No response to emails regarding an order that was shipped to Australia with a foreign plug in. Totally useless and will be thrown away as I can’t use it without an adapter..pointless. Would not have ordered if I knew this. Definitely do not buy from this website.

recently purchaced goog fir 100€. Complete false infomation regarding age of the children able to use them.
Mivoza does not reply to e mails.
I have decided to contact my solicitor..
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolute nightmare.
