The packaging was good and the delivery…
The packaging was good and the delivery was pretty quick even over the xmas period. The only thing was that there was no tracking for the item. I haven't tried the products yet (methylene blue 1% or the MB cream so can;t comment on efficacy yet.

Initial trouble with delivery.
First delivery took a couple of weeks and was not delivered correctly, after that it took a couple of emails to contact support. Once I got their attention however, they were happy to send a replacement and were very communicative to help make sure the package would arrive. The product is as advertised on their website and good quality.

This review was left before the customer bothered to contact us.
We had already tried to contact the customer about their failed delivery due to an incorrect address given during checkout but they had not responded.
We have now given a full refund but, sadly, the customer has chosen to leave their negative review.
