This philosophy and attention to detail have been at the heart of everything we do, since Alfred Mitchell & Arthur Cooper first started as silversmiths and engravers in 1879 in East London, before evolving into the Mitchell & Cooper company and then later creating the Bonzer® brand we know and love today.

Had a payment problem on their website

Had a payment problem on their website. Unable to make a payment.
When the problem was sorted nobody rang back and said payment could know be taken via the site. Tried by myself and payment went through OK

Discontinued Products

We placed an order for 4 products. We received notification immediately that 2 of the lines were discontinued and there was no stock, despite both being in the current literature and on the website.
One week after placing the order we were then advised that another of the products has also been discontinued and there is no stock available.
Stock levels have been an issue for sometime but to have 3 out of 4 products on an order discontinued despite being on the website is unacceptable.

Hi Debbie. Thanks for your feedback. We are transitioning between 2018 and 2019 catalogues where some products are dropped. We obviously haven't got it quite right this year and will be working hard to ensure the website and customer communication is improved in the future.

Have improved some what recently…

Have improved some what recently although stock on the range of boards is always running out. Customer service has improved greatly now that we have a constant contact, Luci Dixon does a good job and communicates any issues in a timely manner.
