After being 45 minutes late, and calling them 3 times, promising the driver will be there in 10 minutes they send an e-mail cancelling our ride to the airport
Booking was simple, excellent follow up. Needed a van since we were 4 adults with Xtra luggages. Booked 4 days before our departure from Torremolinos to Malaga Airport for a 6:50AM pick up throught their internet site and paid in advance. Driver was on time (10 minutes earlier) called to inform us that he was parked at the gate. Smooth ride all the way, he had a very pleasant driver. The 45 Euros included everything (luggages etc). Gave him a nice tip. Will use again on our next trip.
Excellent. Very easy to get a quote online, confirm and pay. Driver was waiting for us as we came out of arrivals with a sign having messaged us first with their name & to confirm pick up. Car was clean and journey good.
We also ordered a pick up for return journey and again no issues albeit driver was late but they informed us by telephone and I had ordered in plenty of time to take into account any delays.
