Aside from a dispatch email I heard nothing. After a week had passed I sent an email to customer service, who informed me that they had attempted delivery 'several times'. I had received zero communication, no delivery notes through the door etc. My parcel is now sitting in a warehouse over an hour away.

Scammers! I still haven’t heard and they are active on IG. I’ve been super patient but at this rate I’m not getting my order. This business is a scam , don’t trust them !

I bought 2 top
One came with a hole in the armpit the quality is horrible . plus I can’t afford to it exchange it because the return charge is same as the top price

Absolutely terrible customer service and poor quality of clothes. Ordered a dress which cost £70 which I wore for an evening, by the end of the night all along the seams were pulled and frayed. Sent back to mistress rocks which I had to pay for , took them over two weeks to finally respond. Admitted that the dress was faulty, but as I had worn it and the labels had been removed, I could not get a refund and only could receive a gift card. Don't even want to buy anything else from this site, as quality is so poor!

Do not order from here, I placed an order with next day delivery then I realised it was a bank holiday so i assumed it would be processed the next working day, 2 days go by and still nothing so I emailed customer service he said my order was not placed with next day delivery ( it was) I then went onto to my confirmation email and there is no mention of shipping price which I thought was odd, so I stupidly ordered the same dress again with next day delivery this time on the confirmation email the shipping cost is on there £5.99 so I knew it was definitely next day, anyway another 2 days gone by not received anything not even a dispatch email. Avoid. Will never order from here again.

Do not shop here! They are a scam company. I ordered two items, I had no order confirmation for either. The item never arrived. I have chased them multiple times via customer services and had no response what so ever. I have had to go through my bank to get a refund . They literally just took my money and didn’t send the item. Don’t shop with them!. I’ve had issues with them in the past but this is the worst it’s got. Literally scamming your customers

Customer service was unbelievable! Had an issue with the delivery of my order and as soon as I contacted Mistress Rocks they sorted everything out so quickly with the delivery company - will always continue to shop here!!

After reading the reviews on mistress rocks I was skeptical. I recently ordered a few items, I had to return some pieces. The return process I had many communications with their customer service team. Sorrel, Fran and Georgie. Super friendly and efficient with responding. Yes you do have to pay return postage but they do make that clear on their webpage; and it’s not much. Great clothing I realised the sizing does run small.

The sizing is off. I’m a size 6 and ordered a dress in a size large. The dress didn’t fit over my hips. Super
Disappointed about this dress because I wanted to wear it for New Year’s Eve.

Scam company - It has been 6 weeks since I was promised a delivery charge refund of a faulty dress they sent me. They keep promising me it has been refunded and I will get my money back in 5-10 working days and nothing has been refunded.

TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY - Thought I was okay ordering from here as it’s House of CB sister company. Placed an order for over £100 plus NDD, didn’t receive any info on my order and didn’t receive it next day. Contacted them to see where it was and didn’t get a response till 5 days later. They said the order didn’t get processed their end due to a “blip” in the system yet they have taken the money out of my account, however they are saying they haven’t received my payment!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - OMBUDSMAN HAVE BEEN CONTACTED

Awful customer service, no response at all to last query. Terrible return policy, they expect you to pay for it and I'll fitting clothes also S is not the same across very similar items.

I bought a corset top for a wedding and was disappointed when the strap snapped within only an hour or two. I contacted customer service and was asked to post it back at my own cost, i then had to chase as weeks later I still hadn’t been given an update. When they finally got back in touch, they said they were going to fix the fault and send it back. I have no confidence it won’t strap again so asked for a refund and have again not had a response. Apparently their returns policy doesn’t change when it comes to faulty items, shocking service.

Sizing really varies but otherwise fast shipping and good quality when the pieces do fit

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. SCAMMERS! Ordered an item the ITEM NEVER CAME they then told me it's out of stock and NEVER REFUNDED ME. They don't respond to my emails. I'm now trying to get my bank to do am investigation because I spent a lot of money on these dresses. The fact that shien has better customer service for the price you pay is mind blowing.

Reluctant 1star. Ordered a dress for my daughter and when it arrived it had a visible flaw in the fabric. Uploaded pics and returned for a refund for the item being faulty. Still waiting almost 3 weeks later for our refund. Apparently I have to wait for Management to check and then tell me what they will offer me. And they don't have a timescale for this. First and last time using this website. Delivery was painfully slow too. Have to be fair and say it was packaged well and the dress itself was lovely. Just a shame it was faulty.

I purchased a set from them, but then decided to cancel the order after reading these reviews. I canceled the order the same day. I DM'd them on instagram and emailed them for 2 weeks until I got my refund back, even though they said I would get it back in 1-3 days. I was nervous I wasn't going to get my money back, but after following up like 3 times via email they finally refunded. Definitely not the best customer service, but glad I got my money back which is why I gave 2 stars. So definitely keep following up to those who haven't got their refund back yet. I would suggest Princess Polly or Iamgia if you're looking for clothes with this type of style.
