I booked return transfers from
Lanzarote airport to Costa Teguise in Jan 2025 for our trip on December 31st 2025 as the price was very good!
In sept 2025 our flight times were changed an it was really easy to amend our pick up times via WhatsApp message.
The communication is always good.
Transfer was waiting for us at the airport and back from hotel on time. Drivers were friendly and chatty.

Agreed pickup time ignored
Due to the new immigration rules we requested a later pick up time. It took us an hour to clear customs at Tenerife only to be told the driver had left. Mistertransfer completely ignored our written request and refused a refund. No assistance was offered and no explanation.

First class service
The driver was waiting for us in arrivals no hassle having to find him. He took care of us very well and was an excellent driver.
The mini bus was spotlessly clean with loads of space
The company put you at ease 💯percent they texted me a few days before departure to fill me in on the pick up details. I would definitely recommend them to anyone they done a first class job and at a very good price. Definitely recommend this company 👏

Awful experience with transfer and customer service
Was told to email to have my case reviewed, did just that and was just told nothing they can do, they consider the matter closed. Please just avoid this company! Not worth your time or money!

For this reason, we always recommend that passengers contact us immediately if something is not as expected, so we can address the situation in real time and offer a solution.
In this case, we received the complaint after the service had already been completed, which unfortunately limited the alternatives we could provide at that moment. Without immediate notice or supporting evidence regarding the child seats, we were unable to intervene during the transfer.
That said, we will review this situation with our local team to ensure better communication and service moving forward. Our commitment is to provide a punctual and reliable experience, and we regret that we did not meet that standard in your case.

Awful service!! We had transfers booked from our hotel in Tenerife to the airport. Due to pick us up at 7.39am so myself and my partner checked out at 7am and waited outside of the hotel. 7.50am came and still no sign. We contacted the company and they said the driver left after 15mins of waiting which was not true as there was no one there! Company then claimed the driver wasn’t answering them. We then had to get the hotel to get us a taxi which cost us €30. We should have never had to do this considering we had booked and paid for this transfer service. We were very disheartened and will never be using this company again! Hope this doesn’t happen anyone else.

DEFINITELY TO BE AVOIDED!
Our driver did not pick us up at the agreed time to take us to the airport in Fuerteventura. After 35 minutes of waiting and broken promises from the customer service agent, we had to take a taxi. The driver showed up 10 minutes later and admitted to my my sister that he had gone to the wrong pick up point.
Customer services has been woefully inadequate and it took almost a week to get a refund and only then because of a credit card chargeback claim.
I would never use them again and certainly would not recommend them.

Mr Transfer was brilliant
Mr Transfer was brilliant. I had a problem at Tenerife airport where the company I had booked Mr Transfer through had cancelled my booking, nothing to do with Mr Transfer at all. The Rep
at the airport Victor took full control and to cut a long story short they organised a taxi for me when they didn’t have to and paid for it. My transfer back with them everything was spot on. I think that says it all about this company. Obviously would use them again. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
