It was helpful to get the email a few days before the holiday saying he would be there as we had booked
quite a while before the date of the holiday so we were assured by this.

This company is very happy to take your…
This company is very happy to take your money but doesn’t actually pick you up from the airport. Then when you call to complain they then proceed to hang up the phone and leave you stranded. This was when you even arrive 30 minutes earlier than expected so it’s not like the passengers were even late. Driver just left site and they wouldn’t send a replacement transfer.

I am giving only 4 stars as our driver wasnt waiting in arrivals as they normally do the last 3 times. This one was outside the arrivals. And i had to ring to change the pick up time otherwise we would of missed our flight
