MisterTango is a SCAM run by heartless people!!!
MisterTango is a scam!!!! They refuse to give back funds placed with them, merely just freezing the account...sending their pathetic generic email of sorry you had to experience this (yea right) please contact support and you might need to provide documentation.
Ok so does your support team even use their email? WHERE is this team??? WHY do they not respond without their generic email.
WHY are you stealing??
People rely on this money.

Investigation on my account since 18.03.2019
Hello,
On 18.03.2019 i have received a message from MisterTango about started investigation on my account. I asked how long will it take and answer was: "It can take up to 90 days". When 90 days have passed, on 19.06.19 i wrote a message regarding my account. Their support told me that they haven't received any information from the responsible department. Last time i heard from them was a 2nd of July, they told me that there were still no information. It is 24.08.19 already. More then 5 months i can't access my account. I wright here to ask you when will i be able to access my account or at least withdraw my money? And what kind of investigation can take up more then 5 month? I hope to receive a proper answer and not one more message about responsible department.
Thank you

Great and Awesome
Good Assistance to the Support Team.. Looking forward for more Business to come
They are bad
They are bad, no customer support at all. They will block your account for any AML reasons. Asking documents and then don't answer you anymore and don't release your money.
Stay away from them!

Do not touch!
Opened an account there after a long compliance hustle.
1) They simply upgraded the account without notice and started subtracting money from the payments. Be careful: You will most likely never see that money again.
2) Once you have topped up a certain amount of money (coming from your accounts!) and try to use it, the compliance department will step in and suspend all outflows, asking for ridiculous documents. This even affects transfers to other bank accounts of you (not others!).
Simply put: They will let money in and not out again. To me it looks like they are close to bankrupt and now trying to keep it running by freezing your money.

Business Account
Hello,
I have come to a point using Mistertango where I am going to spend that few minutes of my life, writing a review here. Hopefully, you can learn from my mistakes.
I opened a Business Account around 6/7 months ago and out of that time, my account has been suspended/under investigation for 4.5 months. They probably have too many problems and too few people working there. It does not matter how many emails you send to support, the communication is non-existant!
The first time my account got suspended was partly acceptable. I followed all the KYC and AML procedures but someone still tried to fool me and tried reversing the transaction. Therefore, my account was suspended and under investigation for over a week. Since I followed all the procedures correctly, I was allowed to use the account again. Also received my other pending payments.
The second time, my account was suspended for almost 4 months. I was very patient until to a point I had to fill in tax reports and I couldn't access the account. I literally started spamming the employees on LinkedIn to get access to my transaction data. It seems they just wanted to do a little follow-up with one of my transactions. It took them 4 months. The worst part is that they kept my €1120. Before I started suspecting that my account is suspended again, I accepted few payments into my account. They were never reversed back to my clients, I've checked! First time my account was suspended, they did receive my funds. However, the second time they somehow weren't able to receive funds. The money has simply disappeared.
If you want to open a bank account for your business and get a decent business partner, I recommend you go somewhere else.
Loan company scams are using Mister…
Loan company scams are using Mister tango account. When asked to pay insurance for loan you get 3 options to pay the 200euro, iTunes, steam card or pay into an account. And account name is L..... O. Iban is Lt6535.....3......8
BIC MIEG....
If you pay insurance ur asked for more money for some thing else.... long story short you won't get the loan as promised. You get scammed

Loosing Money - rejecting Transaction - do not take them (2nd Update)
A friend recommended Mister Tango a few Months ago.
i use it for my private ebay account, because their app was (!) really great.
(my old school bank has no app, so i had to login every time to see if they buyer has paid. Mister Tango App informed me "just in time" when the buyer has paid and i could ship the things.)
Back to Topic:
My Transactions are only private and all about 5-25 Euros only 2 or 3 transaction per week.
Suddendly the payments were freezed and i had to explain what i am doing, and they wanted screenshots of my ebay account, otherwise they would reject the transaction if the documents would not provided in the next 24 hours.
at this moment i could not login anymore into my account.
i provided them all they want about 6 hours after i got the mail, it took 3 days(!) to get a answer, that it is being in review and i have to wait...
Login was not possible in this time.
After 5 days i got acces to my account, the payment was rejected because the payer wrote my name wrong(!) - iban was allright.
a lot of trouble with my ebay buyer of course, because he paid....
Now i am using only myoldschool bank.
no more mister tango they are really bad.
support is running via freshdesk, so all your personal details and documents are on the freshdesk servers.
mister tango does not use an own instance, they are using the 0815 shared freshdesk support system as every 1 men show can do...
just my 2 cents, i cant repeat it often enough.. stay away from them
BTW,
their Android APP Development seems to be dead, since the last release the APP is not usefull anymore (2fa login issues)
BTW2,
i bet that we will read about a mega data leak of them in the next time (further or later) - seems there are some things with really a lot of fire on the roof.....
disclaimer:
this is only my private expirience, mistertango did all i used for free, i never paid a penny for their service/app.
....because i used the account only for private purpose there is nothing mission critical for me....
--- Update 18-05-2019 ---
@Mistertango:
Thank you for your reply.
1)
It is ok to ask for documents.
2)
it is NOT OK to reject transactions because of misstyped name or other things
3)
it is NOT OK to freeze Transaction or disable Outgoing Money Transfers
4)
is it really so that every mistertango user is declared for Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing?
This is really not a good start for doing business if you think your customers are doing only crime business
In my case you were provided with all informations and you rejected the transaction...
5)
what about fixing your android app.
--- Update 07-07-2019 ---
Mistertango did not answer my questions from 18-05-2019
I just answered their replay from 17-05-2019 on the next day.
No we had waited nearly 2 Months until getting an answer...
So everybody could make a picture of this company....

virtual scammers
Your account has been verified and everyone is happy, but do not be in a hurry to rejoice. The mousetrap will shut after arrived of money. The first and second time she let them go, asking you for a little more documents. For the third or fifth time of arrived of money (as lucky), the mousetrap will be closed for a long time, access will be blocked and documents will be required from you more and more - go to infinity. You will not be able to call them because they are virtual scammers.
